I wish I could give 0 stars. I had a terrible experience here getting two pairs of jeans taken in at the waist. The work was sloppy, messy and unprofessional. It looks like everything was carelessly put back together without any attention to detail. -The backs of the jeans are uneven and it's very noticeable when wearing -They used mismatched thread that doesn't blend with the original jeans. -It looks like the blue jeans were just cut apart and sewn back together crookedly. -On my black jeans, one pant leg is higher than the other for some reason and the entire pair is twisted to the right, making them very awkward to wear. One pocket is even higher than the other!!! Like this is crazy! Why would you do work like this and give it back to the customer and think that is acceptable???? Both pairs are uneven and poorly done. When I went back to tell them, all they said was, "They're jeans, that's all we could do." They didn't offer me a refund or even offer to fix it. I would rather them tell me BEFORE they did the job what it would look like OR that they couldn't do it. I later went to a professional seamstress/ alterations specialist to see if at least the blue jeans could be fixed and she confirmed that the alterations were done terribly. She explained that they didn't need to cut the jeans down the middle at all and they should have just adjusted the waist. She also pointed out that the sewing was crooked and the thread didn't match (which you can notice in the images.) The seamstress even showed me a pair of jeans that she altered how jeans are SUPPOSED to correctly be taken in at the waist. I am extremely upset and disappointed that I wasted my money here and ended up with TWO ruined, good-quality pairs of jeans. Do not trust this place with your clothing. DO NOT go here if you need any serious alterations. If you want your clothing handled with care, PLEASE take it to a real specialist so that you are not taking any chances. read more

They steamed my dress very nicely. I needed it next day and had no issues getting it on time.

If I could select zero stars, I would. I picked up my favorite pair of UGGs last night after being promised five times by the woman in the shop that they would "be just like new!", and I cannot even get them on my feet. That, coupled with the fact that they are not even grey anymore and still dirty - definitely NOT "just like new", inclined me to call the shop and ask for a refund because they are now ruined and unable to be worn (forget how they look. They are so shrunken I cannot even wear them). I was kind and patient in explaining the situation, and instead of doing the right thing and issuing the refund ($35!!!), she wound up screaming at me and blaming the place where they were sent. Literally SCREAMED at me, and then hung up. Hung. Up. Like a ten year old, she actually hung up on me. So, basically, this place stole $35 AND my favorite UGG boots. Can you say CLIP JOINT? Hoping my CC company will acknowledge and approve my dispute. read more

I've been coming here for years and at least twice a week to get my shirts laundered and pants dry-cleaned. I am recently married and now I bring my wife's blouses, skirts, and slacks with me as well. I have also had pants and suits altered and they always come back looking great. I saved so much money having my favorite jeans and jackets patched up. They may make me throw it out eventually but so far they are able to keep them alive. If I ever run into a problem, they are so understanding and I know they will take care of it for me. I especially like that it's in a nice open shopping center, near Kohls, so I never have trouble getting in and out with my nicely cleaned and pressed clothes. This cleaners must have changed owners or something because their prices have increased, they are rude, most of them barely speak English. I took a pair of pants in to be altered and they did not touch them, they just put them in a plastic cover and tried to charge me .... I have taken full length lined curtains into them and their prices are ridiculous...28.00$ to wash and iron one panel!!!.. same price as dry cleaning them btw. I have been using this place for years, but I must find another place because they have really deteriorated. read more

I have been going to Ralph's for many years. It was originally run by someone else. They were just ok. The people that have it today are wonderful. My dry cleaning always comes back beautifully. They do all my alterations and I have always been happy. If there have been any problems they have taken care of them immediately. read more
