Got an email a few days later saying it was done but fork seals were leaking and was asked if I wanted to go ahead and replace them. Gave them the go ahead on Monday and she was done by Wednesday. These guys are awesome. Polite , professional with no BS hard sales pitch. This is my third season using their services and you couldn't pay me to go elsewhere. If you're a seasoned biker or a newbie this is the place to go. The big dealerships could learn a thing or two about service and customer satisfaction from them. Way above 5 star rating.

We bought our…read morefirst (and last) RV last year from a salesman that no longer is employed there (read between lines). Right from the start there was high pressure sales and promises made that were never kept. Told us that the mouse guard would protect our trailer from mice ... this is not entirely true! Had we been told the truth we would have taken steps to mouse-proof our trailer. First year we had mice! Then the warranty work! What a nightmare! Their service department is embarrassing and borderline incompetent! Door and microwave needed to be replaced and brought back three times before it was done. Then the final straw ... we brought it in (for warranty work) and told them to winterize it. They charged us $280.00 and come spring, the lines and tank had not been drained, froze and exploded. This caused a large amount of damage to the floor and trim. They tried to put it under our warranty (which wee stopped) but they did end of fixing it. We asked for a refund and they offered to give as a 50% service credit. We sold the trailer and wouldn't use Allendale RV for anything. Service Manager Sean was supposed to call us to discuss .... nothing! We paid $45,000 for the trailer from these thieves in 2023 and they offered to purchase it from us for $25,000. Sales Manger Mahzair made all these promises and then ghosted us! All we asked was for a refund on our service for the winterization and on the mouse guard as we were not told the truth. They are more interested in making a fast buck then customer loyalty or service. Still waiting of the refund on the warranty purchase ... I'm sure this was a lie as well! Anyone have any ideas on who to complain to, please let me know! We sold the trailer to another dealer for $27,000. Make sure you read the negative reviews! Stay away from this company! I'm sure the owner will read this and ignore it just like all his staff due to upset customers! Ruined our desire to ever enter the camping world. Thanks Allendale RV for nothing!

We bought a new trailer there and luckily enough we have the warranty as it turned out to have some…read morematters to address just after we purchased the unit. It has taken quite some time but luckily all that's left to fix is a part for the awning and the radio. Can't control parts from the manufacturer however so for now we will wait. To help us out for the issues, they are driving the trailer down here tomorrow. The rest is a wait-and-see situation but I'm hopeful that the rest of the work will be completed in a prompt manner, without issues, once the parts arrive. I was hoping for a bit of a better resolution with this, but it's what they have offered so at least that's something I guess.

I can't say my upper engine rebuild was cheap but the owner stands by his work and my KZ1000 ran great after he was done with it. I believe Universal Cycle is the North American distributor for Draggin Jeans and they carry a wide selection of their products. The front of shop staff and mechanics are a pleasure to work with and that's what keeps me coming back. They have a great selection of used parts but unfortunately one cannot easily browse their used stock.

My bike was mint, I went in one day to find a big dent in my tank, don said it fell into another bike as if "oh well ", he's girlfriend or wife said to me " it adds character ". I wanted to add a review to counteract some of the poor ones I've read…read more I went to this store last week and had a specific bike I wanted to look at. I was excited to go there as we live out of town and hadn't been there for about five years. I talked to Mike Szeles in the Triumph section and he was very helpful. He was familiar with the bike I was interested and told me had recently been down in Florida for a test ride on it. He was very knowledgable and helpful. He also told me about some of the similarities between the bike and some of the other models they carried. In the end he took down my name and number so he could give me a call when the models arrived. We talked for about five minutes. When I was looking in the clothing and parts sections I was asked if I needed any help. I bought some cable lubricant and the cashier was very pleasant. Overall, I had a good experience there.

Did the paperwork and wait until the delivery time to go over my new bike. I was told it was going to be delayed because the bike was getting it's PDI done. After 3 hours of waiting I was tired and started asking what the problem was. The service department was very disrespectful and would not tell me what the problem was. They seemed to be hiding the fact that the bike was on the bench with factory recalls and the bike was apart. I had to fight with service to tell me what the recalls where. I asked to see my bike and in a very controlling attitude I was told no. I was treated with no No NO respect. The service manager was treble. It left me feeling like I made the biggest mistake buying a new Africa twin. Not a warm good fuzzy feeling for doing business with such a big organization. I have bought two other bikes at Barns Powersports Calgary in the past two years. And to be treated like I have no value, no respect was so frustrating. The delivery department and finance department where very helpful trying to get me answers but the service department was treble. It's 2 AM now and I can sleep still so upset over the experience. I did not get any satisfaction from the service department. I never did get any paperwork as to what was done on my bike for the recalls. The service manager asked what could she do to make it right. I said my first service should be free. I understand her to agree but she never honored her offer. It's unbelievable how someone can be so unprofessional. You spend over $20000 only to feel like you have no value. I think the delivery department and finance department did a great job and where honest with good intentions.
