THEN, shortly after, my Hubs met (by coincidence) at a gas station, a lady (a fabulous mechanic) who works for Destination and and he asked her a few questions about his bike (after he was on a long tour) and she was more than willing to give some advice. He took his bike in immediatley for some TLC and got more than he expected without a massive bill. They noticed a few minor things that needed adjusting, fine tuning and tweeks without the labor bill that comes along with it. Clearly these people care about bikes and the people who ride them. They are all riders themselves who understand the importance of a safe, well running machine. Hubs would recommend for parts, service and aftercare.

Got an email a few days later saying it was done but fork seals were leaking and was asked if I wanted to go ahead and replace them. Gave them the go ahead on Monday and she was done by Wednesday. These guys are awesome. Polite , professional with no BS hard sales pitch. This is my third season using their services and you couldn't pay me to go elsewhere. They were closed from July 1-5 when of course it died again. ( only shop I know of that closes that long during an already short season. He installed it using my ebike and made the adjustments and got me to hands on do everything so that when I was on my own I knew exactly how it all worked. Had them install trailer brakes on…read moremy vehicle which when I went to use them with a new trailer I had purchased, didn't work, or rather stayed engaged full time on the trailer making it impossible to pull unless everything was unplugged. So I started cutting wires like a real rookie. Took the whole unit back to them, explained my situation and after seeing what I had done, wired my mess back up, even put in a new plug which I had wrecked, did a total inspection, and as it turned out it was the wiring on the trailer that was messed. Took them an hour to fix someone else's screwup and get me going again, all free of charge. Great place, great guys. I highly recommend their business. Thanks so much!
