Kimbrough Pools maintained the pool at my 7-unit apartment complex from 2010 until 2020. The…read moreowner, Dave Kimbrough did a great job for those 10 years. Due to issues unrelated to Kimbrough's service, someone else maintained the pool from about 2021 to 2023. I once again contacted Dave last year to see if he would maintain my pool, and he put me in contact with his son Bruce. This is where things went bad. Bruce doesn't return calls or keep his commitments. I live out of state and need someone honest and reliable to maintain my pool. Bruce's communication is terrible. He never knows if my pool is being serviced and tells me that he'll go by the next day to check it out, and then he never calls. Or he says "I'll ask my nephew if he has been going there" but he never lets me know the answer. Well today I asked one of my tenants to send me a picture, and it's obvious that Kimbrough hasn't been servicing the pool. The water is green and hasn't been serviced in months. I have paid this company nearly $26,000 since 2010 and deserve good service, and a call back. I shouldn't have to call dozens of times to get an answer to a simple question "Are you servicing my pool"? The two pictures taken of the pool today are attached. Would you like it if your pool looked like that? I blame Dave for this too. I have expressed concerns to him for the last several months about Bruce's lack of communication, and he never gets back to me either. He assured me that they are taking care of the pool. Well the pictures don't lie like the two of you!
