I just had to take some time and write about our wonderful experience we had with Ralph's Tree Service. A gentleman came out last week and gave us a written estimate regarding the work we needed on tree clearing services around out house. He told us it would be about a week before he could do the job. They actually came to do the work ahead of schedule, which we were very happy about. The three gentleman who did the work were so thorough and accommodating, and everything we asked them to do was done to our complete satisfaction. After the job was complete, we walked around the property and the job they did actually exceeded our expectations. In addition, they stayed right on their estimated budget and completed the job in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to any household in the South Jersey / Philadelphia area and we hope to bring them back for some additional tree services in the spring. Ralph and his crew did a awesome job. He was quick to give me a quote that was more then fair and the only one who got back to me the same day after the stormed ended.. I was surprised to actually get to talk to him in person . I must of left 5 different messages with other tree services and some never returned my call. I found him and his crew to be more then professional .He did exactly the job he told me he would with no hidden or extra charges. We had a HUGE 100 foot oak tree that was hit by lightning on Wednesday night and fell in our front lawn, completely blocking our street and driveway and into our neighbors front lawn. I called Ralph at 7:30 pm. He was at our house by 8:00. Ralph gave us a very fair quote, which we accepted, and he and his co-worker started immediately. I was panicked when I called him and he told me, "Not to worry, Ralph to the rescue!" Boy is this an understatement! They worked until late in the evening clearing our driveway and neighbors yard and came back the next day and finished the job. They left our yard immaculately clean. I called Ralph's for a quote. He came by the same evening that I called. Provided an extremely fair estimate. We agreed and he showed up the next day with a smile. He and his team worked quickly and efficiently. They completed the job in a few hours. They left our place looking really nice. I had about 20 arborvitae trees removed and hated the stumps. Ralph and his crew did a really good job removing an arborvitae tree for me and was able to come out the day after I called him. I was a little surprised when he was the one who answered and said no problem. He asked the size of the tree and gave me a very reasonable price without seeing it first. Ralph answered the phone, came out and inspected the trees I wanted removed, and gave me a great price. A tree fell on our house and was too big of a job for us. We called Ralph on Saturday evening and he came right out and gave us a very reasonable quote. He returned first thing Sunday morning and got the tree off and removed all of the debris. HIGHLY recommend. read more
