They promote the $75 oil change with tire rotation, I paid $79.94, don't really know why the add on. It seems like a trustworthy place, other customers come in and seem they have had great experiences there. My experience tanked when I got into my car and there was a lot of dirt all over my break pedal and mat, my instant thought was that I just might have not noticed it before but then I realized the wet dirt on the break pedal drying up.

My code reader indicated a control module malfunction. All 3 told me immediately that I needed a new transmission and did not even suggest a diagnostic to be run only after a 30 second phone call. I stopped in Benedict's and that was the first thing they recommended-a diagnostic. They called me the next day after I dropped off my car and ran the diagnostic and said I needed a transmission control module and would have the part orders and installed in a few days. It runs like new-maybe better-after the repair and programming. I am now bringing in my Jeep and pickup for some repairs as well. Nobody likes having a vehicle repaired and the expenses incurred but that's life. An honest skilled mechanic determines and fixes the problem and does not take the easy way out and just replace everything when a part can be repaired or replaced at a cost savings to the customer. I explained to him that I would also like 2 inches off the down pipe so the exhaust was not hanging as low as it was before. I told Cesar that I would need the car no later than tomorrow morning 9/24. He told me is labor price and I was thinking it was going to cost me around 600 bucks for all the work. Well I called him at 9am on 9/24 and he told me he needed another hour due to the exhaust being worse than he expected. No worries and I showed up at 1015. Not only was it done but the price for labor was half of what I thought! Five star for service professionalism and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Cesar had found himself a life long customer for the way that made me feel like I was his only customer!

I was disappointed with the quality of work from AAA Muffler. I had a roll cage kit for my RZR…read moreinstalled. The cage was from CageWRX which is a pre fabed cage that just needs to be clipped on and welded. I was disappointed with the quality of welds On the cage. The welds looked like popcorn. The cage was MIG welded and there was wire that was left on the weld. I was charged 2,200$ for horrible welding. Not to mention I had to pick up the cage and transport it myself to get powder coated and transport it back for them to install. I only paid 1,500$ for the cage from cagewrx. I felt I was way over charged for the quality of work. If the quality was better and or TIG welded I would not have minded the price.

I Googled for body shops in Hanford, and called three of them and none of them could take my car before sometime in July. I needed my car back, so that didn't work. Then I posted a message on Yelp and this company responded almost immediately and they could take my car right away. No one else on Yelp even responded. Since the insurance company was taking a long time to get back to me, I told them to just repair the car so it was drivable and I would pay for it out of my pocket, and deal with the insurance company for getting reimbursed. They had my car ready by June 9 which was just a little over a week and the cost was very very reasonable. I had questions because I have not had an accident like this and the young man in the office was really friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. I couldn't be happier with my dealings with this business, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.
