They promote the $75 oil change with tire rotation, I paid $79.94, don't really know why the add on. It seems like a trustworthy place, other customers come in and seem they have had great experiences there. My experience tanked when I got into my car and there was a lot of dirt all over my break pedal and mat, my instant thought was that I just might have not noticed it before but then I realized the wet dirt on the break pedal drying up.

Explained my tire pressure monitor issue as best as I could and he walked me out to my car to see it for himself. He did a courtesy walk around and quick inspection of my vehicle and instantly told me what was specifically wrong. Just off of the 15 minutes spent with him, he explained everything that he was doing, how it can be fixed, how much it would cost and that they could do the service right on the spot. I was blown away. Never in all of my 13 years of driving have I been assisted with great car maintenance customer service the way that I was at Billingsley Tire in those 15 minutes. I needed new tire pressure sensors for my vehicle which definitely was not what my initial tire and Auto shop told me needed to be done to fix the dash error that kept coming up. In the process of replacing those, Mr Blake rolled one of my tires in the waiting room to where I was sitting to physically show me the alignment and tread on my tire and how by the book this means it needs to be changed in the near future. He did not pressure me at all to buy a tire at that moment, just simply getting me as the customer to understand some things they look at in the tire and auto world and simply to give me a warning. That meant a lot to me as a woman who doesn't know cars at all. That was TOP TIER customer service. That is the reason why I will no longer be going to any Tire and Auto place but here in Lemoore at Billingsley Tire. Great staff and great help in my time of need on a late Friday afternoon. Well where to start horrible experience to say the least. Took my son's car for a check engine…read morelight... pcv valve so I sent it in had an appointment on time they would call and give updates so I called 4 times the first day with no answer or call back day 2 same thing I call 4 times throughout the day no answer or call back so I went to the shop after work stood at the desk for 5 min nothing and no one I moved to the center of the shop 5 more min before someone noticed and came into the shop my sons car was outside of the shop sitting in a dirt lot windows down car play on the dash lots of potential of theft (shop negligence) i asked why it was outside with windows down and when the car would be diagnosed he didn't like that and told me to take the car somewhere else so I got rude with him at this point.. he was nice about it however one of the employees didn't like it and dropped his tools approaching me to want fight and returned the rude talk getting in my face and taking a fight stance the owner made him back off. The same guy came to the parking lot outside when I came back to get the car once again talking in curse words and ready to fight all infront of my teen son...at no point should your mechanic try to fight or intimidate a customer

I can't say enough good things about these guys! I brought my truck in after constantly having…read moreproblems with my front differential. Every time I'd take it out to the dunes and drive through the sand to get my camper where I wanted it, the front differential would end up cracking or failing. Brett and Kev took the time to diagnose the real issue and came up with a permanent solution. They fabricated a custom bracket to reinforce the front differential, making it much stronger, and also re-geared both the front and rear differentials. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because I'd had so many failures in the past, but after taking it back out to the dunes and putting it through some hard driving in the sand, it performed flawlessly. The difference is incredible. My truck feels stronger, more capable, and gives me the confidence to drive it the way I always wanted to. If you're looking for knowledgeable people who stand behind their work and build things the right way, I highly recommend Brett and Kev at Big Boyz.
