They installed jacks, beams and sistered cracked joist. they also let us know that part of the problem was the high humidity in our Crawlspace so they encapsulated the entire Crawlspace and installed two dehumidifiers. They did great follow up and after a lot of work seem to have stopped the problems from getting worse, which is all we could ask. Every crew they sent was incredible - professional, friendly, hard working and efficient. All the crew leaders let us know exactly what they were doing and Adian even found and fixed issues with our HVAC ducts and registers that we didn't know about. it took a long time and, to be honest, was not cheap, but Bay does great work and follow up. we would use them again.

Everyone gave us excellent customer services. The sales person was very thorough with his inspection and quote. The onsite manager and workers gave a timeline and was finished early. They also made sure that all areas where very clean. The office customer services made sure we where updated on scheduling. Our circa 1833 home needed the original wood sill plate replaced along the front of the house. It was notched and peg construction as the guys found out when they took out the left side. When they went to remove the right side they struggled for hours which lead them to yank and pound out of anger. During that process they pulled the wall of the home away from the sill plate and floor joists. Then they had the nerve to attempt to call it a day and leave with my house out of whack. My front door would not even close and now the whole structure was compromised. Their solution was to hit the wall from the outside with a sledge hammer to try and get the door to close. So what happened was they "thought" they had cut loose all the wooden pegs holding it in but they did not and they spent hours yanking on it and swearing and getting madder and madder till they caused damage. The only reason I can even give them one star is that Steve and Jon did their best after the fact to appease us. But the damage was done and it was due to the negligence of the crew. Our contract said that their "could " be damage such as plaster cracks or windows sticking due to lifting the house a few inches so the work could be performed. But the damage they caused was unacceptable and only due to a crew that had no patience and appeared to hate their job. I wont even go into the unprofessional behavior I experienced for 2 weeks.
