The tear-off of the old roof and the installation of the new TPO roof were done within two days. At the end of each day, they inspected the area around my house and removed any debris from their work. One of the best aspects was the project photos. AJ's provided links showing the work done each day, so I was able to see the tear-down process and my brand-new roof, complete with new canales, TPO vents, and leak-proof parapet edging. I have an open floor plan in my house, and I wanted them to build a soffit to delineate space between the kitchen/dining area and the living room, put a faux beam under it, and make it look like it's always been there.
