The other PM is her daughter who's in training and apparently has also been sick for the last month. Do not use her or ADG realty.

As a company, it should be built within culture to honor at least the most basic human decency. I received a $500 notice and called and left voicemails to no avail to see if it was a mistake. I then got an $800 formal notice. After an email that prompted a returned call, I'm told I've underpaid my monthly fees by $15 each month and incurred late fees. Not that I hadn't paid, but that the fee went up and the auto-payment didn't. I've never gotten a letter. (They said statements are sent to an email I no longer have access to as whatever details were set up was when I initially bought the house) You see someone has never been late. Never had any infraction. And not once does anyone think to simply pick up a phone? You can clearly tell me what the issue is now $800 later, but nothing moved anyone to care when the balance was $15? A photo every time my son doesn't put the trashcan back 2 inches, but nothing until a threat of legal action. Then you answer none of my questions and just forward straight to accounting (Alex, she was lovely) but also.... The accounting team does what? Auto statements and legal notices 100s of dollars later should allow for time to reach out and assist people. With such a vast demographic of homeowners that feels absolutely awful that you can't pick up a phone anymore. That level of care costs minutes and should be a baseline of service, common courtesy. I would've much rather got a $15 call met with appreciation and assistance changing everything than an $800 call with a million questions and zero care.

I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.
