April Yoo is the worst PM I've ever encountered in my life. She started out ok back in 2020, responsive to our needs and questions, but she had long covid and was always sick and could have acted a little faster, but bad health. Fast forward to 2025, we asked for her services again. This time around, she is absolutely TERRIBLE. Does not respond to call, text or email. Her excuse is always the same, she's sick. This lady is ALWAYS SICK. I've tried calling, texting and emailing her and have not heard from her for 10 days. I ended up having to call the main office and spoke to 2 different people who said they would try to get in touch with her. Only then would I get a response from her. The other PM is her daughter who's in training and apparently has also been sick for the last month. Do not use her or ADG realty. read more

Trash service from April yoo, will only tell you what you want to hear only to receive nothing of what she says in return. Would never do business in the future. And would not recommend to anyone. Charged me for leaving the back yard with weeds when I received the house with trash in the back yard along with tons of weeds and blames me for not writing it down on claims sheet. At the same time their was damages to the tile in the house, that I didn't write that down and that was okay. She will only say what she says to benefit her and is at her best convenience. read more

Very rarely leave reviews. But if I can help someone avoid what I went through, then it's worth it. Rented from ADG for two years. They are very nice and amazingly easy to work with while being a tenant. The only issue is they promise things that are not true. When we moved out; they did not provide us with our move-in prior damages sheet, did not send an invoice sheet of damages, and arrived before our inspection time. Had a very reputable contractor (which I will remain undisclosed) come in and showed the emails with April Yoo, he mentioned they took out a little out of everything, which is legal. Could care less about the money, but the bait & switch is real. I can go on for hours about what else they did, but nobody has time for that. Keep in mind, we moved out during the pandemic. They wanted to keep every penny that could get from our deposit and cleaning fees. Reviews are real. If I could help someone on the fence about this company, just be warned and be prepared for your move out. Best of luck to you ADG. read more

I have worked with ADG for 3+ years. I have purchased, sold and rented out properties with them. They make it easy and are always available to answer your questions. I tell them what I am looking for. They send photos and info. I have purchased properties sight unseen and have been very happy with the outcome. They send out inspectors, giving you more than enough information to make a sound decision. All the workers are friendly and accommodating. This was a purchase, not a lease. They listed the house for sale stating that it was 2640 sq ft. I did my research, and homes that size were indeed selling for their list price. So I made an offer, which was accepted. During my due diligence the appraiser told me that it was actually only 2145 sq ft. Upset, I had my realtor contact ADG to find out why they lied about the square footage and to find out what concessions they can offer assuage. The response was "if she doesn't want it, she needs to let us know because we have other offers." I was appalled. This, after I had paid due diligence and earnest money in the thousands. I had already paid for all inspections and appraisals as well. If you have other options do business elsewhere. read more

The friendliest guy you will ever come across. He went the extra mile for us and became our eyes for a home. He went and looked at the homes we found online and walked us through each one and took pictures for us. We ended up purchasing a brand new home in Henderson and moved in a couple of months later.
