As soon as we get out the car we see a man roughing up his baby mama or something in the car to to the point I had to pound on her car and open the door so he would get off . Thanks to there PD for arriving impressively fast. BUT the inside the hotel was as sketchy and beat up as that relationship. Halls smelled like cheap air freshener,weed and humidity. When we walking in the room it was the same to the point we had to ask for the air freshener at the front desk to spray down the room . Stayed for 1 month, my girlfriend and I. Room had a bathroom that stuck and made a loud noise whenever we opened or closed it. Repair guy came, did something, but it didn't work. So, the entire month was like that. Our phone didn't work for over a week - despite asking multiple times for someone to fix it. Finally someone came after asking about 4 times. Two light bulbs went dead in our bathroom about 2 weeks in. Asked multiple times for replacements, never received any. In 1 month, our sheets were only changed out once and we had to flag down housekeeping to ask them for fresh ones a few days before we left. Parking was very limited and hard to find a spot. Charged us $100 extra a few days after leaving, without notifying us of any damages - we cleaned up, but left a garbage bag or 2 inside that was tied and ready to be taken out. How's that worth $100 extra being charged? read more

$120 for a disgusting, garage-sale furniture, worn down, every wall-stained room. All shiny metal areas (faucet, lightswitch) were smudged and filthy. Furniture was something you'd find on the curb with a "free" sign on it. They had signs up saying they were renovating but old reviews mentioned that over a year ago. How could they charge $120+/night for a $40 room??? The reception unapologetically said they're the cheapest in town but I could stay in a decent hotel in downtown DC for cheaper. Gross!! read more

The most absolutely disgusting hotel I ever tried to stay at. It is literally the night before my wedding and I had to pack up and leave. I should have known as soon I walked in. The lobby smells like wet dog, curry, and stale smoke even though they are "smoke free". I had much to do before my rehearsal dinner so I hurriedly checked in and brought my things to the room. The room itself was a relief to my nostrils, recently febreezed. So i thought ok, this will be fine. I went to my rehearsal dinner and returned to unpack and get everything ready for my wedding day. I was able to look past the dinginess of the room and make the best of it until I went to get in bed. I pulled back the covers and noticed some debris. I started to brush it off then I saw what were clearly pieces of potato chips. I was just baffled. I went to the front desk and the employee was kind. He offered a refund or room change. I considered all options and ultimately decided I had to leave. I really hate that this happened to me on the night before the biggest day of my life. This is important to read. I have been staying at this hotel for maybe a month. Most of the people you come in contact with are great .....a polite Indian gentleman that only want to do his job correctly and a pretty front desk girl, Bonnie I believe, that is always friendly, happy , and balanced. That's where it all goes badly There is a women, dark skinned at the front desk ( I'm sorry for that description) , who is not only rude and not nice but she accused me of pilfering from the pantry store. I've spent thousands st this hotel over the past month and to think I date about a bag of chips or a bottle of ice tea is absurd. She is clearly in the wrong line of business. My guess is she is here due to a family connection. She could never be employed in the service industry anywhere else. read more

We stayed here to save money while seeing friends in Morris County. Kind of dark and dusty and the windows in the back face a hill and woods where your privacy is compromised. Other loud people running through at night, having more fun than I but way too late. They have a little shop of fast foods and a microwave if you want that. Dump! Door to our room didn't lock. Had to switch rooms. Stunk of stale smoke, the whole place was filthy. I honestly wanted to you sleep in my car, but my husband wouldn't let me! This is by far the absolute WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. The carpet throughout the hotel looked like it had NEVER been vacuumed. Windows were so dirty you could barely see through them. Avoid this dump at all costs! You'd be better off pitching a tent and sleeping in the woods! read more

I'd give it half a star if I could. It's cheap, and unlike the other review, I found the bed comfy. That said, (deep breath) the place smells AWFUL. There was a large group of people staying that were literally hanging out in the hallway and yelling, small kids AND adults, until 4AM. I called the desk. They could not have given a shit less. Called Ramada corporate, they got the franchise owner on the phone and SHE HUNG UP ON THEM. Shame on Ramada for letting this place display the name. read more

Do you like hotels with broken furniture,? Do you like hotels that smell bad? Do you like hotels with dirt embedded in the rugs? Do you like hotels with horrible television channels and poor reception? How about duck tape remote control. What about Ikea mirrors that come out of no where and don't match the decor. If you don't like these things then you know what to do. Don't go to here. First of all when I entered the room I opened my broken curtain just see the view I was greeted by a praying mantis on my window (check Profile Photos) Was this a bad sign? Hell yeah. The beds were not tucked in correctly I felt like they just straightened up the place so I never got under the covers I just layed on top of the bed.The television reception was so bad and they only have 25 channels well that's where it stopped at. The remote had silver duck tape on the back .I have never seen that at any hotel really. There is a back way to enter the hotel and I notice there was dirt and grime on the rug up and down the steps.The shower water pressure I must say is not bad. I tried to open the breakfast stand bottom cabinet and it was off the hinge and fell completely on the floor. I immediately notified the guy at the front desk. They also have minimum security you can enter the back doors with no key . Only your room has a locked key. Most hotels have key access on back doors for better safety. This place is your last alternative if you need it for one night but I'm never returning. read more

Stayed here recently for business. The first room I got had dried urine stains and a hair on the toilet seat. On the bed, pulling back the sheets, I saw a ketchup/jam/blood stain, a long hair, and a suspciously short hair in the same color. Didn't even have to go looking for it. I went to request for another room and had some misunderstandings that I didn't want two rooms. Staff seemed mildly annoyed, but we entered the second room and the noises we heard from the couple nearby broke the ice. Expect no audio privacy if you're here on a romantic getaway or otherwise. You can hear the murmuring of someone's TV late into the night. Perhaps a hope to drown out exterior noises, but still a bit annoying after midnight. The bed sheets and toilet were noticeably cleaner, some fuzz, some dirt, no hair or blood/food at a glance. Just a little tougher to deal with when fatigued. The alarm clock and most power outlets are far enough away from the bed. Couldn't find an outlet near the bed in my second room, so toss the Snooze button out of your mind. In terms of surroundings, there's a few restaurants, including a Subway sandwich shop, a Mexican restaurant, and a BBQ house nearby. In the lobby, the staff sells microwave dinners (no fridge in the room), additional toiletries, and snacks. I may have passed by a restaurant/bar inside the hotel, but I don't recall it being open. Breakfast lobby area looks like it would be nice to sit down at on a less busy day. If you book with the hotel directly, you'll get an itemized receipt. Mmm, probably would stay again if I'm looking for something comparably less expensive to sleep for 6 to 8 hours. read more

Is there a way give a 0 score? I booked this through priceline and was appalled once I arrived. I called a day in advance to confirm my reservation and ask if there was a fridge in the room - a simple yes or no question. Instead of answering my question I was yelled at and told that I had a prepaid room but it took them almost 5 minutes before they actually answered me - no fridge. When we checked in we waited almost 10 minutes while the man behind the desk was on a personal call. Our room was DISGUSTING. Smelled like mildew and was so musty. What was even worse was the fact that the bathroom was definitely not cleaned after the last guest- the bathtub had long black hairs all over it and a hug WAD of HAIR clogging the shower drain. That's completely unacceptable and lazy to not clean- especially the bathtub!!! We checked in to change then head to a family party and when we left - the man who checked us in was outside yelling at a guest who was on her balcony on the second floor. How unprofessional to have a screaming match with a guest outside in front of other guests!!! I would not recommend anyone ever checking in here, the staff is awful, rooms are dirty, and it's a very dark, musty, dingy hotel! read more

So many problems. First, the entire place smells like cigarettes. The "non smoking" room I was in smelled so badly of smoke, I had to leave the sliding door open. Second, the bathroom had no light, so I had to shower with the door open to see. Third, the coffee pot had mold growing on the bottom. Fourth, the wifi was extremely spotty. I was lucky if it worked for more than 10 min at a time. Fifth, the room was filthy: dirt on the wall, stains all over the carpet, water stains on the roof, etc. Sixth, the contential breakfast consists of cold, hardboiled eggs, cereal, mediocre pastries, and juice. I tried to find a different hotel for the days I was here, but the others were full. Avoid this place if you have any self respect. read more
