zero stars. do not stay here. hilton & buffalo lodging associates do not care about you or your safety. they only care about money. one of their employees forced his way into my room, after harrassing me over a 3 day stay, and solicited me for prostitution. i am attaching the police report. this happened in september 2024. even after the detective reached out to management, they did not look into it and kept this person on staff and he continued to work there. only after i emailed corporate (hilton and buffalo lodging associates), did they open an investigation with a case number. they do not watch what is happening in their hotel, even with all of the cameras that are available to them. there are more details to what took place at this hotel, which is all in my verbal statement to the police which was recorded on their body camera. alot of details were left out in this report. and, i didnt 'move closer to him', he reached out and pulled me close to him. and i was still in shock after he forced his way into my room, uninvited. i was petrified. i thought for sure, that i was going to be raped. i was praying over & over in my head to jesus to please do not let that happen. this guy was very slick. everything he did was planned & caught me off guard. he told me that he had been working there for eight months. he definitely has either done this to someone before or he has tried. don't they do background checks on employees? don't they monitor the cameras in the hallways? you will notice in the emails that even after the detective went there & told the manager of the situation, he didn't fire the pr*ck. also, after i complained to the hilton, they opened up an internal case (they didn't open a case investigation after the detective visited with the manager- only after i emailed everyone, including corporate) and i was contacted by the manager days later & he told me that when they confronted their employee about the incident & let him know that there was now an internal investigation, he resigned. i wonder why. i was staying there because i am homeless. i already suffer from ptsd, anxiety and depression.

Stayed for one night, hotel was pretty perfect for what we needed. Super clean, fair-priced and the pool and hot tub were a wonderful touch. My ONLY complaint is this: the bedframes are a knee killer. Their wooden corners stuck far past the bed itself and are at perfect height to take out your knees and could probably knock out a small child. Aside from that though, this place is perfect for a short stay!

Probably one of the most interesting inn experiences for us to date. We arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn - Wayne during a n'oreaster (barely made it up the hill) and the place was dark. No power. They were apologetic, as if it were their fault, and led us to our room by flashlight. Power returned at some point before dawn, and we realized that the staff had worked the whole night and was still rocking and rolling to make sure everyone had a comfortable stay. Rooms here are comfortable and clean. The suites aren't my favorite in the Hilton brand (or other brands, for that matter) because there is no privacy in the 'master.' Neither is there a desk (it's in the living area). I'm a professional writer and need privacy. For most people, this probably isn't a big deal. The hotel itself has all the amenities to make you comfortable while you are away from home. Be it an ice machine right around the corner from your temporary digs, or a bar/restaurant on the first floor, this place has you covered. Beds are comfortable. Water is always hot. And housekeeping does a wonderful job. All of this is a testament to the management here. I feel badly that I do not remember the gentleman's name who was in charge during our mid-March 2018 stay, but Hilton should promote this guy and increase his salary. He was working on no sleep. Guys like me came in and complained, and he kept smiling and remained professional. His staff did the same thing, including shoveling snow off customers' cars (see my photo). Thank goodness for warm and happy endings.

Not, clean - mildewed walls had holes, lumpy beds, meager carbohydrate heavy breakfast.

The bride set aside rooms at The Baymont which when I called was not offered to me. I decided to book the suite. The photos online, looked decent for the price. However, my experience was anything but decent. To start, there is no elevator, which we had to walk up a flight of stairs with our luggage. The room was not what I picked online. The room had not been cleaned thoroughly. All the lampshades were stained and caked with dust. All the furniture was damaged, varnish coming off the corners, every surface nicked and stratched as well as missing drawer knobs. There were stains on the dust ruffle of the bed as well as on the ironing board. There was no hair dryer. The soap dispensers were empty, no bath towels and no extra blankets or pillows. Also, There was a lovely crack running across the glass window. This Hotel is disgusting, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, this place needs a health inspection and needs to be completely closed down

The shower rod is falling out of the wall only being held up with rusty screws, everything that was metal was rusted, the tub was separating from the wall (probably has a ton of mold buildup behind the walls) the walls had paint touch ups everywhere throughout the room in the wrong color so it looks super trashy, the curtain track was broken so you can close the curtains all the way, floors are carpet and somehow sticky, walls are chipping away, the brown blanket on the bed had holes, sockets are coming away from the wall AND they kept my $100 deposit. I have pictures to prove how disgusting this place is, it's similar to the pay-by-hour motels for prostitutes and druggies on skid row in LA

About seven years ago it was a Holiday Inn and then it changed to a Wyndham Garden Inn. It always got mixed reviews & quite a few poor reviews. I did stay here seven years ago and despite the poor reviews at that time, I had a decent stay back then. Now the hotel has recently been updated, meaning the lobby & rooms. So the rooms now have laminate flooring, new smart TVs, and there is a couch in the room & a large desk area as well as a mini fridge. The bathroom vanity area is large and there is a new wall mirror in the bathroom with good lighting , which I appreciate. There are still some areas of the hotel that are junky or in disrepair. The parking is free and I was able to park right outside the front entrance at check in, however, spaces there are limited. When I returned to the hotel at 2 AM after a concert, I had to park in the garage... Which is a little bit seedy & I was wary being a female alone. There are some abandoned vehicles in there. I was especially surprised when I found the door to the hotel was propped wide open and it's right next to the elevator that goes up to the rooms, that meant anybody could be entering and parking in the garage and entering the hotel floors & going anywhere in the hotel they wanted at that hour! Unsafe! There is grab and go food and drinks next to the front desk. The cooling worked well in my room. The bed was comfortable. I had a view of Route 46 W. Check in went smoothly and I was welcomed as IHG member. Again to my dismay, this hotel will not give you a free bottle of water as IHG member which the IHG Crown Plaza does. Water was $3 so I skipped it. I would probably stay here again if the price was right. It's close to New York City so the rate was 170 a night.

In addition, they have a bar downstairs that also sells some bar food items. There is a pool, and a small gym as well. There are minimum packages but they try to accommodate and their prices are competitive compared to other places we've looked. They are good at partitioning spaces and having multiple events that do not interfere with each other. There have been a couple of hiccups with needs (electronics, table/chair setup for instance), and the food is not stellar, only okay. (Case in point, I ordered my steak rare and the other person at my table ordered it medium well. They came out the same. Meanwhile, my friend at a different table got his rare. So was that mine?) Since the conference rooms are back behind the main desk, I've interacted with desk workers and watched people check in or out. I've spent time in the bar. I've visited multiple bathrooms and can say they have been recently upgraded to high standards. Overall they do OK here, but again, that's speaking to everything except actually staying here.
