I called in from Texas to send my best friend flowers to honor the passing of her grandmother. The store is enchanting, and the gentleman who works there is very kind. At check out, he got me all set with a frequent purchaser stamp card, pretty cool. While the woman working today was helpful, she seemed tense, and I left feeling stupid that I didn't know that the bouquet of ready to go roses were short stem and not long stem roses... I guess it's my fault for not being able to articulate what I was looking for, as I don't get roses often, and I honestly didn't know the ones I did get were "short stem." They also smell like chemicals, and while I know they aren't going to smell as nice as the ones in my backyard, I wish they at least smelled fresh. Maybe that's asking too much depending on their supplier. Knocked a star for the uncomfortable interaction. I'm trying not to read too much into it, but it was enough that I'm still thinking about it hours later and would probably rather just grab a dozen from the grocery store or Costco next time. read more

I don't think Lemoore has too many florists to choose from as I only saw two listed online. I placed an online order the night before intended delivery for their "Sunny Sunflowers" premium bouquet, which is the 3rd tier and most expensive of the choices. With taxes and delivery and service fee it came out to nearly $100. Unfortunately, they did not have any baby orange roses so they reached out to me for a substitution and I happily agreed for the replacement of full sized red roses instead. Although the bouquet itself was beautiful, I felt a little more could be added. It came with 5 sunflowers and 4 roses. I wish I had saved the picture, because it was a beautiful arrangement and the flowers were fresh, but I was just expecting a little more for the price I paid, perhaps 2 sunflowers more? I reached out several days later just to make sure I received the premium version and they did explain that I had and going down 1 tier to the deluxe would most likely result in 4-5 sunflowers and 2 red roses and the bottom tier option consists of 4-5 sunflowers only, no roses. Again, I definitely love the quality of the arrangement and I truly do appreciate the customer service that was recieved when we spoke through the phone, but I also think I was slightly decieved by the picture online in terms of size. This was the only florist in the lemoore/hanford area that had sunflowers available for an immediate online purchase so that's why I went with Ramblin Rose. Again, love the quality of work, but based off other researched estimates and calling other shops, I do feel slightly overcharged. All in all, I would consider Ramblin Rose again because of their availability of certain flowers. read more

I called Ramblin Rose Florist the day before Valentine's Day to see if they could deliver some Roses to my girlfriend in the area after one of the 800 florist places said my order was delivered, but my girl didn't recieve anything. This was around 4:30 pm. The staff at Ramblin Rose said no problem we can get it done. My girlfriend called me at 6:30 saying the 800 florist just delivered the flowers!! Now I had 2 Valentine's flower orders. So I called first thing the next day and explained what happened and they allowed me to cancel my order with them, even though they had made the arrangement already. I ordered a bouquet for my mother in law for her birthday. According to the photo on the website I was sure she was going to call me begging me to tell her where I got them. It looked so beautiful. What I got was my wife calling me cussing me put for sending her mother a pile of garbage for her birthday. I shuddered in fear when I had to answer how much I paid for the bouquet. I received a tepid thank you from my mother in law and an ass chewing for purchasing such sucky flowers for her. My wife is right THESE FLOWERS BLOW! I paid 77 for the first photo ( the flowers I just sent) and 65 for the second photo which is an arrangement I recently purchased at another place near me. Look at the difference . Bumbling Rose threw a pile of cheap flowers together without any thought . The second arrangement was put together by angels with flowers flown down from heaven FOR LESS MONEY! Ok well can you leave them at the door?? she will be home at 5:00pm, Nope can't do that either! Yes she said Nope can't do that either! I was flabbergasted with her response. Really........ Chris was phenomenal!. He made me and my mother feel welcomed. Chris was very helpful and honest with his recommendations. Ultimately he also reminded me that this was my wedding and I could do whatever I wanted and he would do his best to get the flowers I wanted. The New shop was well organized and a great atmosphere.
