On 4/29, they send me a email asking me to contact them so they can go ahead and deliver the arrangement for 4/29! I sent them an email because at this point, I never received an email stating it was delivered and they were closed by then. I was very upset. This morning I got an email stating that my order was canceled and I will be receiving a refund. POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!!!

In both instances, they delivered gorgeous, quality flowers to the correct address in a timely matter. What more could you ask for? Most recently, they did a SAME DAY delivery for me for Mother's day. I ordered them in the morning, and 3 hours later when I was on the phone with Memaw, they arrived. How's that for timing? And their prices are totally reasonable. With any other service, I would have paid out the wazoo for a same-day delivery. For N & N? The usual price. So happy!
