When I had my initial meeting with them they summarized the same exact terms of the stipulations this was even after I gave him my financial profile as I'm retired living on Social Security with no additional income with both my income and bank account exempt from garnishing or levies. I was looking for a payment plan or settlement that included dismissal of this suit. I understand the representation was limited in scope & the attorney stated more than once the $796 I paid him was nothing & other firms would cost double for this but not to the point where there was zero effort in an attempt to negotiate which by the way per the retainer does include negotiating.
