I normally don't write reviews for doctors but this was an extremely unfortunate situation. After…read morewaiting nearly 2 months for this doctor to be available my son became very ill & I had to cancel my initial appointment last minute. Rebecca offered me the next available appointment which is a month away but accepted it. Then today I receive a call from Erin stating that since I missed my initial appointment I need to find another doctor informing me that I am lucky I wasn't charged the $150 charge for cancelling. Keep in mind you pay $300 upfront even with insurance(w/ a possibility of getting it back), then have labs & a physical before you can discuss the reason you needed the doctor. I have glass in my hand after a surgery to remove the glass and I simply wanted a 2nd opinion. I have yet to find a family practice doctor since my spouse was stationed here but I definitely feel as if I dodged a bullet with this practice. If this is how a military spouse is treated I'm terrified for civilians.

I went in for a quick lab test the lady at the front desk didn't greet me gave me my paper to fill out and was laughing texting on her personal phone the whole time she lacked professionalism and when I paid my co pay I reached for the receipt she laughed out loud saying I grabbed the wrong one. Read the room. They are understaffed, I had a girl take my blood pressure then proceeded to call her higher up because she didn't know how to pick the correct labs I needed to do. Then I wait 3 weeks for results I end up calling the desk and they keep switching me to different departments then just hang up. I call back and explain they are just putting me on hold and hanging up but before I even finished they rude receptionist interrupted to say IF YOUR ON HOLD ITS BECAUSE WERE WAITING FOR THE DOCTOR... I told her the line is hanging up from your end and she said hold please... such a waste of time teach them decorum
