Dakota and the sales team here really went above and beyond…read more So, long story short I acquired a large commercial contract and were drawn to them for their package deal. I'm from New Orleans and the contract is on the north side of the lake. So I drove there, picked out a lawnmower and took it straight to the property to start cutting. In my attempt to be cheap, I got the lowest commercial gravely, the pro turn zx 52. It was a great mower and there was nothing wrong with it. It just wasn't what I needed to complete this project in a timely or comfortable manner(I'm on the mower for 6-8 hours). So I called Dakota and told him I messed up and undershot what I needed. He got in touch with the gravely rep and the bank(financed the mower) and handled everything for me. Gravely bought the mower back(I obviously lost some money out of the deal because I brought them back a used mower). It was awesome. Definitely made me feel like a valued customer for sure. No one seemed annoyed with me causing an unneeded situation. The new mower is exactly what I needed and is much more comfortable to be on for hours on end. I guess you could say they aren't pushy at all. I told him what I was cutting and he asked me if I needed something bigger and I said no(stupid me). So basically I though he was being just a regular salesman trying to sell me the more expensive unit in a non pushy way but in reality he was just being a friendly person and making sure I got the right equipment. Sadly, I did not and we had to go through that process. Glad it all worked out in the end. Very thankful that Dakota and the sales team were willing to fix a problem that was MY fault and not theirs. They don't charge anything for inspection that doesn't involve any repair. Once I felt my car was giving bumpy feel even in plain roads. They inspected my my car for 3 hours checking brakes, tyres, engine driving around... etc..They later told me it was fine. But did not charge me a penny. Everytime i have been there with questions or problems they are always helpful. This explains their level level of honesty and how much do they value their customers.

I asked a man standing in the service department who was literally standing, not helping a customer, if someone could remove my license plat. He said he couldn't at that time so I asked for a screwdriver to do it myself. This man looked thru what looked to me like a junk drawer and only found a flat head which wouldn't work. I then asked for one that would work, mind you we are in a service department , he proceeded to tell me the guys are too busy I'm not going to interrupt them for a screwdriver but promised he would remove my tags and keep them for me to pick up. Called today to make sure the license plate was removed and there as promised and they are not and the car has been towed and lied in the phone saying I didn't make it clear what I wanted ‍ how much clearer could I have made it when I asked for a screwdriver to do something you should've offered to do for me. BTW that's where I bought my vehicle from and had no problem in sales but because people like this man work there I will never be back
