We even told him we would pay extra so ensure that it would be top of the line. Within a couple months of installation, all of the ones in our closets starting having problems and would not close properly. Now, our kitchen cabinets all have problems as wells. In addition to the quality of the cabinets, we had such a time delay of our project all due to Bella Closets. I believe we were delayed at least an additional 4 months. I remember the only competent employee that they had was Tania. Everyone else did not know what was happening. The gentleman who was helping us was getting frustrated but customers could've got frustrated because he didn't have the knobs that we were looking for as the sales person. The first time i sat down with Carmen she gave me a usable kitchen design for a cook. Their selection was adequate. i do not have time to look through 10 catalogs. I picked my items made some adjustments and was done. I do want to highlight that their quartz pricing and installation is super competitive. Now for the work. Even the other contractors onsite (GC, plumber, fine finish carpenter, flooring) were impressed with the quality and attention to detail. The cabinets were up in 2 days and the counter tops in 1 day. Before giving up, I made the last stop by dropping in at Moras Plywood. After hearing what I was looking for, Nancy, the shop owner, said, they could do it for a very reasonable price. We are so happy with the customized/detailed/nice work from Morar's, which no other shop in town can do.
