We only hired Alfredo for the cabinets and floors. When I spoke to Alfredo originally, he mentioned that we should have hired him for the whole project-thank goodness we did not! When meeting with Alfredo, my husband specifically asked for higher quality drawer soft close mechanics, and he said that it would some brand called "Blum". We even told him we would pay extra so ensure that it would be top of the line. Within a couple months of installation, all of the ones in our closets starting having problems and would not close properly. Now, our kitchen cabinets all have problems as wells. In addition to the quality of the cabinets, we had such a time delay of our project all due to Bella Closets. I believe we were delayed at least an additional 4 months. I remember the only competent employee that they had was Tania. Everyone else did not know what was happening. Anyways steer away from Bella Closets if you want your project to be completed on time and if you want quality soft drawer close.

However, this time Gary was able to assist me. He helped design the cabinets for each room in our house to fit our needs and expectations. He did a great job and the price was the best we've seen. It wasn't too convincing, but given the opportunity that the guy was helping us want to do some business. The lady gave us a quote for specific for five dollars and then when the gentleman helped us he gave us a go for three dollars per knob. The price is good didn't complain since we were on decisive. The gentleman who was helping us was getting frustrated but customers could've got frustrated because he didn't have the knobs that we were looking for as the sales person. The first time i sat down with Carmen she gave me a usable kitchen design for a cook. Their selection was adequate. i do not have time to look through 10 catalogs. I picked my items made some adjustments and was done. I do want to highlight that their quartz pricing and installation is super competitive. Now for the work. Even the other contractors onsite (GC, plumber, fine finish carpenter, flooring) were impressed with the quality and attention to detail. The cabinets were up in 2 days and the counter tops in 1 day. They are one of the few stars in my remodel. The pics do not do the work justice. I took them towards dusk.

I visited over 10 Cabinet Maker Shops in the Los Angeles County area, and they said they could not do it due to high labor costs; nobody does the custom work anymore; every cabinet is made overseas, then tailored to be assembled to fit the kitchen in the US. Before giving up, I made the last stop by dropping in at Moras Plywood. After hearing what I was looking for, Nancy, the shop owner, said, they could do it for a very reasonable price. We are so happy with the customized/detailed/nice work from Morar's, which no other shop in town can do.
