Prior to my contacting Daniel, the insurance company had tried to reach out to me to settle everything quickly. However, since I didn't want to rush into settling with the insurance company, I waited and asked around to see if anyone could recommend a personal injury lawyer to me. Based on my brother in law's recommendation, I contacted Daniel Lee of C Y Lee Legal group to handle all the legal headaches that were sure to come with the insurance claim. I understood that the whole process could take up to a couple years prior before the insurance company would settle (maybe faster if I were willing to settle for less, which I wasn't). If it passed the two years mark, this means the case would have to be settled in court (which I wasn't really inclined to do). Throughout the whole process, I entrusted Daniel to handle everything. He'd recommend the chiropractor I should visit to get myself checked and treated; the consult for other injuries, etc. I pretty much didn't have to worry about finding a doctor or worrying about getting ripped off by a hospital or anything like that. Long story short, from the point I contacted Daniel to the point that the insurance company finally agreed to settle to everyone's satisfaction, I didn't have to spend a dime on medical bills. Everything was billed directly to his office; And at the end of the day, Daniel presented me with a letter which summarize the cost of my medical bills. Daniel Lee and his office manager, Vanessa (with whom I also communicated with), and the rest of his staff were professional and pleasant to deal with. If you were involved in an accident and you're not sure what your next step should be, I highly recommend that you give C Y Lee Legal Group a call since it's always wise to have an attorney on your side when dealing with legal stuff.
