No additional solutions were offered to help keep birds away from eating the open seed. We'd rather have some weeds than a patchy yard. His prices were great for the work they do + the clean up and haul away. I text the photos as requested, and received a message that they will "get back to me shortly" I never heard a word after that. The two trees had been trimmed 8 months ago, not neglected at all, not overgrown. They lost what would have been a new, long term customer, but someone else now has a new, long term customer. Very unprofessional.

Jose reached out to me inquiring about what I exactly needed and we began discussing times and a day to meet. When he arrived, we walked the property to identify what I needed done. He was very diligent on the plan of attack and even offered additional services (verify irrigation system was working correctly). We scheduled the day to come back and he was on site bright an early, began trimming up the yard and by the time I went outside to greet him, he and his crew had already removed a dead tree and several dead bushes. Once all work was completed, we walked the property to verify what was discussed was the end result. He even checked the irrigation as offered (which resulted in him needing to come back for minor repairs we identified). I referred him to a neighbor who used his service and was very pleased with the outcome as well. I now have a working relationship with Jose and have a regular maintenance schedule for my property to keep our landscaping needs fulfilled. The first time, I asked for the services previously mentioned. We talked to Scott about the shortcomings of their service and they came back out and slightly redeemed themselves. We scheduled a second time about 6 months out and clarified again what services we needed: all services provided including blowing the leaves. My partner called them 4 days before the scheduled service (the service was scheduled on 10/11) and restated what we wanted to make sure they understood. Today I come home from my trip and there are large weeds all over my front yard that still haven't been pulled. The leaves aren't blown. Makes me wonder if the yard was even sprayed for weeds. For the record, the tech who came out to do our yard was texting me when he arrived for the service. We clarified that blowing the leaves, weed pulling, spraying etc were included. He told us that everything except the leaf blowing was. And YET here is my yard! Unbelievable. We have a party scheduled for Sunday and now have to either do the work ourselves or call someone else to do the work CORRECTLY. Scott was useless in regards to fixing this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We hired them for weed removal in our yard and a follow up treatment was included to return and remove any new weeds and lay down chemicals to help avoid more growth. It's been about a month since our services and we don't have any new weeds. The yard looks great. The service also comes with a 6 month guarantee so if we do see anything they will return to clean up and lay more chemicals. I would recommend this company.
