We read the reviews, and picked Three Trees. Octavio was from the first moment friendly, open, and reasonable. We asked for a quote on Friday night and he showed up Saturday morning, armed with an extremely fair quote, and less than an hour and a half later was finished - and the trees look fantastic! Trimmed beautifully as we requested, and all of the waste cleaned up as if it was never there. He was friendly, got the job done and did it right, and made me feel as if his service was a good investment - which is all you can ask for from a service contractor. Plus, our trimmed trees don't look like scraggly, naked trees - they are still full and aesthetic. We are definitely going to use Three Trees again, and if you want quick, skilled service at a great value, you will too!

Just no response. I understand being busy or not wanting a job. A simple "Sorry, I'm not available" takes a few seconds. Repeatedly reading messages from previous customers and simply ignoring them is unprofessional. His original work was good, but that doesn't matter much if you can't get him to respond when you need tree service. I won't be contacting Three Tree Services again.

Scheduling was fairly simple, and the service went well as scheduled. However, due to the invasive nature of the tree, it started to sprout back. Upon notifying Arbor Care, they were quick to send someone to come back and address the tree again at no additional charge. There have been no issues since. I appreciate their helpfulness when a re-service was required. Afterwards, Dan did a walk around my property and we discussed what might be done on a return visit and when best to trim what. He knows his stuff and cares about doing right by the trees and wouldn't be one of those choppers and whackers that leaves your trees with mutilated limbs.
