Absolutely, hands down my favorite duo when it comes to correcting my back. I have scoliosis, I'm a nurse, and just have a few other back/neck issues. Every time I come and see Dr. Hatch and Dr. Ramos, I come in like a stiff uncooked noodle and leave al dente. I've seen a few other chiropractors and I really feel like I get the best care here. They listen to my issues and focus on where I need help the most. They don't just stop at spinal corrections, they also give advice on what I should do when I can't make it in to see them. I have also tried a few other treatments with them like cupping and H wave to help my muscles relax. It definitely helps with easing a lot of tension. I can't rave enough about this facility! During the pandemic, this has been the most comfortable place I've ever been to. They truly understand and embrace the restrictions without ill-feeling about the extra steps they have to do. Within minutes that I sat down to fill out paperwork, they've given me clean pen, wiped my clipboard, door every time someone walked out, and wiped down equipments after EVERY USE!! It felt like a clockwork that automatically notifies a machine when something is touched. I am not a clean freak, but I was definitely comfortable here compared to the office I've been to, being stressed about the lack of sanitation. Even my insurance card was sprayed and wiped upon returning to me. They're apologetic for things being wet or for overly spraying things around, but please keep doing what you all are doing! Regarding treatment, I'm so happy to have found a place that accepts my Kaiser insurance. They also have machines I've never seen or used from all those years I've had chiropractic care. I see Dr Ramos for my sciatica issue. All her recommendations for me to do were really helpful. She's very attentive to my concerns and addresses them right away. The first time she saw me, she immediately recommended that I find a swimming pool. Now it's summer time, I followed her recommendation and do water aerobics and swim. Dr. Ramos and Dr. Hatch are miracle workers! I have been suffering from severe back issues most of my life. Car accidents, falls during hikes (lol), and also training for marathons has exacerbated my injuries. Most especially becoming a nurse has increased my back problems as I'm constantly lifting and pulling patients :(. I also suffered from an extreme wrist injury from work, which left me out of work for 2 months, when I saw Dr. Hatch for a regular back appt, I mentioned my wrist injury, he examined it and did what he does best, massaged and cracked it, and I kid you not --my wrist felt so much better soon after! With proper exercise and most importantly, frequent-frequent trips to Dr. Ramos and Dr Hatch, my back pain has lessened and is prevented. They're always informative in helping me understand my injury and ways to prevent them through stretching or posture and etc. I have been seeing Dr. Ramos for over 10 years and was extremely excited for her and Dr. Hatch to have opened an office together! Dr. Hatch and Dr. Ramos are the most accommodating and reliant people. They really care about their practice and the integrity of their patient's overall health. Dr. Hatch values the time he has with you by checking in with any discomforts you've been having and alleviates those discomforts by readjusting or realigning the right troublesome area. I had went in for a lower back injury (due to playing tug-of-war ) which left my back real messed up and I had a very hard time getting up from a sitting position. I have a pretty high tolerance for pain but this was the most pain I had ever felt in my entire life. It hurt to lift my legs while laying down, it hurt to sneeze, it hurt to drive, the pain was so apparent no matter while I was active or resting. One visit with Dr. Hatch reversed all of that. I told him what was going on and he relieved the pain right at the source. I'm so thankful for that! I've seen both Dr. Hatch and Dr. Ramos on multiple occasions and they provide a level of service that is unmatched. They take time to listen to your concerns and provide recommendations on stretches that can help alleviate stress and tension. Most recently, we thought my youngest daughter may have had a nurse maid injury to her arm. She was not favoring it and would cry and wince when we tried to move or extend it. We were to see Dr. Hatch in a moments notice and he was able to assess the injury (of a toddler who is not entirely fond of seeing the dr.) and treated her arm with a few moves. Shortly after the visit she was using her arm again without any sign of pain or discomfort. I'm so happy with the level of care and the prescribed treatments both Drs. I have been seeing Dr. Ramos for many months now. I absolutely owe her my life. Before I started seeing her, I suffered for many years from chronic back and neck pain, on and off tingling in my right leg, and shooting pain from my lower back and into both legs. I was missing several days of work at a time, unable to function at work, and found myself slowly losing the ability to function at home without being in horrible pain or being so stiff that I couldn't bend over or even sit without assistance. Dr. Ramos made sure I was covered under my insurance before making me an appointment. On our first visit, she did a full body assessment before narrowing down the trouble spots. I walked into that office feeling hopeless because of my chronic pain and walked out feeling heard and already a significant ease of pressure in my back. She encouraged me to get an xray because she was concerned that I was suffering from a disc injury from a childhood of horseback riding (and falls) and a very physically taxing job. By the next day, I was able to do simple chores at home (dishes and some sweeping) without any pain at all. Wow! Such sweet doctors here who truly gives you a warm welcoming and makes you feel comfortable during treatment. I have the tendency to tense up whenever I see someone I'm unfamiliar with. Went here yesterday and could not be happier! I've never been to the chiropractor before but Dr. Hatch and Dr. Ramos made me feel very comfortable! I am currently pregnant with sciatica so Dr. Hatch made sure I was comfortable w any adjustment and talked me through the whole process to make sure I was ok.
