She even snapped at a young girl that it was her first day! Who actually did a good job. What a different experience customers could have had if the Manager had offered a welcome with a smile. I've spent 3 weeks in Opp and this was my first and last visit to Opp Hardee's. My wife and I are traveling the US, I've visited Hardee's and Carls Jr along our travels having good experiences. Employees and especially the manager need to remember they have jobs because of customers.
