The Ranch Office is the new best thing in town! I just love the idea of co-working spaces. It is perfect for small businesses and start up companies. Their unique design, open airy spaces and tons of natural light gives you the urge to be productive and take on the world lol. At the same time, it's down to earth, hip and cozy.. it is just BEAUTIFUL!! They have everything that you need to run a successful business. And, I mean, who doesn't love beer on tap?! I also think this is a great space for professional events. They are building an outdoor deck too, which I'm sure will be a hit as well. They have a huge private parking lot which is a plus. Most importantly, the staff there are very nice and truly provide excellent customer service. Their accommodations are top notch and you can tell the owners aims to please and make sure that everyone is taken care of and happy. A real family type vibe. One tour and you'll be hooked. My company has already planned several events there for the year and I know a few people who lease through The Ranch for their business and can't say enough positive things. Check it out. As a member of the Ranch Office, I am beyond satisfied with our co-working space. I am a small business owner with a unique offering and finding a space was tough. The Ranch Office took a risk on me and welcomed me with open arms. Jay and Michael make it hard to have a bad day... because every time I visit the office I am greeted by their smiles and good energy. The vibe is unmatched... you don't feel like you are in a mundane workspace with beautiful views of Houston, a TEXAS SIZED atmosphere, water if you're thirsty, beer and wine if the work week calls for such. Not to mention, there are a variety of spaces like office spaces, private cubby like rooms, open spaces, and even an area to podcast in!! Anytime I bring clients in, they are wooed by the ambiance and want to know "how did you find this place?" My workplace chose The Ranch to host a party for about 45 people earlier this year. I was worried that folks wouldn't find it but that was no problem. The space is beautiful. It is on an upper floor and as soon as you walk out of the elevator, you feel like you are "on the ranch". Wide windows, trees in view, a porch but great amenities like easy access refrigerators, sinks, counters. a lovely fireplace. Space for mingling and also for sitting and/or convening. We went back for a smaller meeting (10 people) and used a conference room. The owner is very easy to work with, Everyone is very friendly and helps to solve any problems whether they are AV (I always need help with that) or parking (not a problem) or making sure everyone can find the spot (good signage). If you're looking for a community work space with good amenities, a productive environment, and amazing people- look no further. Been a member here for two years. My company uses a hot desk which gives me access to run my company effectively. A lot of desk space, rooms dedicated for phone calls, and a big conference room. This work space is technologically advanced as well and has things like projection screens for when we are doing company presentations. My favorite things about this space: It's always clean, they have great coffee (beer hook-ups for after work), and a big patio for the nice days. read more

As a person who loves to put together events and hosts gatherings, The Ranch Office has definitely been one of my fave spots to host events. From the great service I got from the time I booked the venue till the day of the event was superior and Jay, with the help of his staff, was extremely accommodating to myself and guests and made sure we were taking care of. We used The Ranch to host my son and daughter in law's rehearsal dinner. Mr. Coleman and his assistants graciously helped me with decorating and setting up the serving area. The facility is already gorgeous, the atmosphere is beautiful, and set up for special gatherings, or parties, including an outside area for recreation or relaxation. Needless to say the dinner turned out perfect! This place is great! Prices are very much affordable, everything what you might need is provided - from office supplies to even drinks and food. Events are hosted there very often, which are typically free, so you, as a startup owner like myself, can learn for free, network and meet great people. A hidden gem!!! I recently celebrated my birthday at the Ranch Office. Working with Jamel was an absolute pleasure. He made the process so easy and stress free. He also recommended a great photographer, The Artist Mojo. I had fallen in love with the event space. I had about 50 guest. There was a ton of space to dance. We didn't utilize the outdoor space since it was cold outside. If you are in need of an event venue I would HIGHLY recommend the Ranch Office. read more

Great coworking spot in the Spring Branch. I've been to other coworking places in town, and they don't have quite the same charm as the Ranch. Biggest thing I like about this spot is the lack of that "corporate" feel you get from all those other spots around town. This place is a great multi service venue. Serving as a work shared space first. Then can be used for any event of your choosing. With a nice outside patio. Ranch Office was GREAT! Jay was great to work with and very accommodating to our team. We rented the conference room for an all-day board meeting.
