At that point the owner Todd Booth started yelling and using at me and called me names. The other shop I took it to said all it was was a corroded and that a competent mechanic that right away. The price was right and the people were easy to deal with. We flew in and Bill picked us up at the airport and took us to the dealership (we live in California). The customer service here is superb and Bill, Brad and Dustin (it's a family business) were all amazingly knowledgable and helpful. Our new Renegade was not only washed, full of fuel but stocked with a case of water, beer, a bottle of wine and some essentials (TP, paper towels and antibacterial pump soaps in the bathrooms)!! It was such a pleasure to deal with the Jacobs . . . they genuinely care about their customers. They went over everything (and there is a lot) they were also readily available for phone calls during our travels home. We had an issue with the steps and Brad had new ones ordered and ship directly to our home. They arrived before we did!
