I also think the restaurant could improve how the back dining room is managed during colder months. That area tends to be very cold when it first opens in the evening, and guests are often seated there before the room has had time to warm up. It would make a big difference if the area was opened and heated before seating guests, since most people naturally prefer to sit somewhere warm when it's freezing outside. Unfortunately, when customers ask to move to a warmer area, it can feel like the request is treated more as an annoyance than an effort to make guests comfortable. Having never been to a casino before, I learned how to play Blackjack and had a great time! I stayed away from the machines because I didn't really understand how they worked. My ONLY disappointment was that we had to leave the hotel to eat. None of the restaurants were open and I do wish they'd made that clear when we checked it. I understand now that the restaurant isn't open on Mondays and that's fine, but it would've been nice to have that made clear upon check-in. (We drove down the road and ate at Teddy's and it was great.) I enjoyed my time here and would like to come back one day! The whole area is full of beauty and recreation.

The girl at the bar with the dark hair -- the bigger girl -- was rude as hell. She didn't smile, say hello, or even thank us. She definitely seemed unhappy with her job. These employees need a lot more training, and management needs to pay closer attention to how their staff treats customers. If corporate or the CEO wants more people to visit and spend money here like I did, they need to train their employees better and improve customer service. Nobody wants to help when you ask for it.
