Worst experience ever! Dropped off my car at 8:00 am to have a full interior detail($150). The guy said it will take up to 4 hours. At 2:00 pm I called, and they said it will be ready in an hour. I got dropped off at 3:00pm, and watched for a half hour as the same guy walked to and away from the car only wiping the driver door jamb each time. After 30 minutes he backed the car out an pulled up to the wash line. I walked up and told him no, I want my car now. Here's the worst part...the car is filthy. It looks like after having the car for 7 hours! It doesn't even look like they vacuumed the back. There is dried gum stuck on the door jamb. Windows still gummed up with old stickers. I complained and the guy condescendingly says "that's why we need it all day, we have to take our guys off and back on your job". So, guess I'm the low priority... TLDR; kept car all day, not clean, stole $150, and RUDE! read more

Rancho Carwash in Winchester and Jefferson sucks. Spent $25 to get my car washed I was there for less than 10 minutes they didn't touch the interior. They wanted an extra $10 to wipe down and armor my interior. It shouldn't cost $35-$40 for a basic wash and have your interior wiped down. My car sat in the sun for 12 minutes before it it was dried. I was told that it is standard for a car to sit awaiting drying. They claim that the spotless Rinse prevents water spots, there are water spots all over my windshield. This is the second time this has happened. There was water leaking all over the car and I asked him if he can use compressed air like they had in the past and he said 'No!!! I'm not gonna have the car air blown'. I got the free car wash after getting an oil change next door. The oil change was great - fast and good service. The free car wash was only the basic wash. I wanted a more thorough wash but there was no mid-level option, so I had to upgrade to the $40 wash, costing me an additional $20. They took a long time to wash the car and it was pretty clean, but there were a lot of problems. The interior still had nose prints from my dog on both the rear window and the rearview mirror; the bottom door jams weren't clean; and they gave me a different air freshener than the one I requested. My wife ended up coming home and touching up the car. The customer service was acceptable, but not great. The inside cashier building had a very bad smell, almost like an un-cleaned bathroom. Why all the bad reviews? I'm not so sure. I have the $34.99/ mo. VIP pass which entitles you to unlimited car washes. The only thing I wish is that they included interior dressing / wipe down with that package. I only get the wash and vacuum . I've always been given great customer service , every time I'm here. Suha is especially nice! Quick service every time also, I always go right before work and it takes 10-15 min tops no matter how busy they are. They're pretty consistent , from what I've seen. I get one car wash every week so it pretty much totals to $8.75 a wash which really isn't bad considering I'll go more than once a week if I'm commuting. read more

Well I am not one to post negativity at all!! But I really wish I would have checked these reviews before going here today. It was not busy at all so I was thrilled that it appeared I came just at the right time. The gentleman was very nice but tried to get me to purchase the $55 wash. I decided on the $25.99. By the time I paid and walked through to the waiting area they were finished. Maybe 10 minutes at the most. I've never had a car finished that quickly, ever!! I walked over to the car and couldn't believe my eyes. The inside was barely vacuumed and it was not thoroughly dried. WORST CAR WASH EVER!!!This has to be the worst car wash!!! Don't waste your $30! We paid for the upgraded car wash for my husbands truck. The work was sloppy and careless. The front grill was never washed, hood was filthy and truck was still wet from not properly drying it. When we opened the car doors the dashboard and side panels weren't wiped down and a half a** vacuum. I called the manager over and showed him, his rude response was that they didn't need to wipe down panels and if I wanted a a clean vacuum and car wiped down I had to upgrade to a $150+ detail! I've been using these guys for years. They always give me top notch service every time I come. Prices are competitive for sure, but you definitely get a quality service whether it's a simple wash or a full detailed I always leave happy, and if I have any questions about a spot or something that may have been missed which is extremely rare the Supervisor himself walks over and fixes it himself. I've tried other washes and in Temecula I feel none compare. I highly recommend this car wash for all your car cleaning needs. Horrible customer service! This is the second time I have issues with their service and manager/owner Dave is no help. I tried getting my car washed three weeks in a row and the car wash was closed. I do understand that they were closed for COVID reasons. How ever I feel that if they were closed they should of not charged their monthly fee for services. There were no services provided! I did call and spoke to a young girl that said I would only be charged $1 for the month and the charge was to keep my account active. I was charged full fee and when I called to ask about charge I got transferred to the general manager "Dave", who instead of listening to what I had to say kept on talking over me. He tried telling me that they were only closed one day "Wednesday" therefore I owed my full month. No matter what I tried to voice, he would cut me off and speak over me. Funny thing is that when I called the first time to ask about this, I was told I would get a call back because there were other customers with the same situation and they had to look at customers accounts to figure it out. I see this as a scam! The owner Dave, took advantage of the situation and stole from customers by charging the monthly fee with out having the car wash operating. My family and friends will not be using their services! Extremely poor service and horrible experience. Their car washing is intermediate, never complained because I had the monthly service and could go when ever. Otherwise I would of stopped using them a long time ago. Our family has been coming here for years since Temecula was a small town. It has been okay but the employees had earned our business. We can usually overlook the small stuff because we try and support local businesses. Unfortunately we will probably have to go to someone else as the ownership seems to be penny wise and pound foolish. We pay for the monthly program every month even when they were closed. We never asked for a discount because they were closed, because we knew everyone is struggling thru this time. When the monthly bill came due the credit card they use had expired. Instead of calling and asking for the renewal number they cancelled the program and when my wife explained all this to the owner all he could say was it is now $5.00 a month more for the program. The moral of the story is " they are not going to get $5.00 more per month, we will not be getting our cars detailed there anymore, and will not be getting any of our 3 cars oil changed here any more. " So to the owner of Rancho Car wash not only did you not get you extra 5 bucks you actually just lost about $700.00 a year. So sad because we dearly love all the employees Walt Lange read more

Well, we gave this location another chance. Took our vehicle in and we should have known that it was going to be interesting off the bat. The guy that should ask what we want, simply put us down for the $35 wash, we asked if the exterior was armor all'd and we were told yes, so we decided to stick with that wash. Our vehicle was to be hand washed, they did not do the roof or the mirrors! Then after it sat there for about 20 minutes with no one tending to it, we asked if it was done, we were told yes. NOPE, no armor all... a manager was brought over and he claimed that they do not armor all the fenders (we have a jeep) because customers complained it got dirt on it. The guys working do not know how to pay attention to detail when doing the interior of your car , I always have to tell them they missed a spot. This place has gone from ok to really bad, don't waste your money! The last two times I have brought my car there, it has not been cleaned well, the last time there was dirt all over the passenger side, not even wiped off, this time my center console was dusty, I asked the guy to not use armor all, on my tires but to clean off the dirt, he told me that the machine does that,"really" so there is still dirt on my tires and bugs on my grill, these places are really getting bad, it seems like your just better off doing it yourself! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I wish I would have looked at yelp first... I just wanted a basic car wash and my interior cleaned and vacuumed. It was $50... a little pricier than I was expecting but okay I'll go with it. I freaking get inside my car, the outside is clean obviously from a not so detailed look at, but I get inside and my interior is my clean. Barely vacuumed at all. My interior cup holder wasn't vacuumed or cleaned it still looks like crap and it wasn't even touched at all. And don't even get me started on my seats!!!! Terrible service. This is the 2nd time I've come here, and the first time was not any better. The first visit they did not even vacuum my passenger seat which was covered in cat hair. Why would i pay for a service and then not get it? Anyway, i was back in the area and decided maybe they had an off day...lets try again.. well, this time around they did not clean my back window, the driver side floor was not vacuumed, the back seat was not vacuumed, my tires were not cleaned, and they left a cleaning bottle in my car. I am sorely disappointed in the level if care thus car wash shows its customers. And, to top it off, their card machine is always acting up, so if you dont have cash, theyll hold your car until you get some brought over. read more

As i was getting In the car I noticed the scratches all the way down the driver side. As you can imagine I was floored. The idiot thats there came to me in broken English denying they had anything to do with it. Never even looked at the scratches. I go to this car wash every Sunday and have a monthly service. Although there is a sign on the door saying masks are required the policy is not enforced. Today when I went there were two men inside neither wearing a mask or even had one. Today I decided to speak to someone and was told they can't force people to wear a mask. I said masks are required per the governor. The person said they knew that but they still couldn't enforce the state mandate and we "just needed to do our part".Riverside County is now back into purple because of our cases. There is not a grocery store or business in town that can't enforce the mandate by refusing service to any one refusing to follow the mandate. I don't think being told all we can do is our part. Everyone needs to do their part. Rancho Car Wash needs to do the right thing and refuse service to those who won't follow the governors guidelines . read more

The washes are overpriced and they try to sign you up for a monthly plan so you can get a reasonable price. The guys at the end that dry the cars and do the finishing work are great. These guys are dicks! My brother took my truck here while I was at work to get it washed as a favor. Bottom line, John and Jr are ill prepaired to handle car damage and quick to blame the owner of the car, telling us it's our fault! I have a 2004 black dodge rumble bee, only 469 documented made that year! I have a $5000 front racing valance bumper! Damage is two large scratches through the paint and grazing scratches over the front bumper, all damage on the passenger side. My brother questioned them about the lack luster wipe down on the interior and the guy slammed the passenger door and told my brother to take his questions inside. Now after being at work all day my brother had to tell me this shit and the guys at the car wash are connecting me to the general manager "Dave"! So, Jr the self proclaimed owner told me I can't have Daves number and he will call me back at his convenience shortly! Why does the owner need to call a GM over a customer complaint? What do I do now? I'm at the mercy of a shady ass car wash! Ohh and it gets better! My "works car wash" looks like it was done in my drive way by my 8 year old! Don't do it. You'll pay $60 to get your car wet. They have a no refund policy and they half ass the wash. They barely vacuum or wipe down the interior. The super interior clean is not super at all. If you are not satisfied the manager Jerry will kindly tell you it's not his problem. Save your money. You're better off driving through an automatic car wash. read more
