The 1st assistant manager, Troy, could not be located despite repeated attempts by the staff to find him... maybe he was eating the missing food I have no idea. At the end of the day, there are SEVERAL grocery stores and restaurants that cater in Springfield, IL. I would go ANYWHERE but Hyvee. It isn't so much that they made a mistake, but that they didn't even attempt to rectify it. My SIL used Nelson's in the past and called Nelson's for pricing and availability. We served salad, grilled chicken, roasted red potatoes, green beans, rigatoni and the assorted dessert tray.
