They talked about dog park rules then posted after the fact. 30 minute time limit in dog park, use from dawn to dusk! Laundry machines leave spots and lint on my clothes. I asked to have cleaning agents run in washing machines was told its not needed. If there was a problem it was my fault, to much detergent, not enough detergent, to big of a load, i needed to use a pre wash! Over charging for electricity. Mostly great people there, issues lie with the running of the park imo. It was good when the owner ran the park. No not so much. Park models being moved out, many park models for sale.

Me, I preferred this one and believe me, I have experienced those others and it's not for me. Coach Stop is an exceptional RV Resort Park. I'd still be there had I not lost my hubby after 26 years. Wish I could have stayed. The Staff goes up and beyond to help you and I'm ever so grateful to each and everyone of them!

Pioneer doesn't seem to advertise -- couldn't find them on either our mapping software or on the HWY 8 road signs into Wellton -- but they are worth the slightly extra cost over their closest competitor, Tier Drop RV park (which is not NEARLY as nice). And US mail and packages are always easy-peezy to get from the park office, unlike many other RV parks with all of the problems inherent in your typical USPS deliveries in many other small towns.

I have watched this cause at least 5 people to move out over the past 1.5 years. Most won't say anything because they fear retaliation if they complain. There is a click here and the favorites get very special treatment and are never held to account for violating the rules. Ownership changed several years back, office staff has turned over twice. Office manager always seems aggravated and passes that along to customers if you have a need. This place is right on the highway and is VERY noisy 24/7. Go anywhere else.

The RV lots differ dependent on where you park but this is the cleanest resort we have ever been to. We went to the February concerts, they were amazing. The pool and hot tubs are very clean. Lots of friendly neighbors, both owners and renters, lots of dog walking. The weather was spectacular, it only rained 1 time in 2 months, lots of shopping close by, and many good restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed the Palms resort so much we booked for 6 months for the winter season in 2026. See you in October.
