For a smaller park it is very nice. Not a whole lot of amenities, but you get what you paid for and it is very clean. We only spent a week here, but we were ready to leave because we were so tired of the Canadians talking about our president, the tariffs and the dollar. It was nonstop and continuous, and most of the time unfriendly. They have created a divide between their American friends at the park to the point where several of the Americans are thinking about not coming back because they don't want to deal with this. The park is also offering a 20% discount for Canadians to come back. They are not offering that to the Americans... Seems a little unfair. I guess my suggestion for the Canadians is they don't have to come here. It's none of their business who the majority of this country voted for And it's not our fault their dollar is weak. By far one of the best RV resorts we've stayed at. Full hookups, concrete pads, spacious lots. Plenty of friendly people! Met a couple of sno-bird couples who made us feel very welcomed. Cindy and Don were just amazing! They gave us a ride on their golf cart to the lemon grove to watch the sunset..it was so beautiful. The pools look amazing but I had a fresh tattoo so I couldn't get in one...womp womp. The thing to do though is pickle ball! Lots of people playing pickle ball for sure! Pet friendly with a dog run. Rec room that is also their cafe! And the food was actually pretty decent and reasonably priced. I almost forgot to mention the grounds man who led us to our space on his bike! He was a southern man with a hippie personality. Loved his accent and he was very helpful. We will for sure be returning the next time we're in Yuma!!!! read more

This park is pretty good. We stayed on the outside East wall, if you like quiet don't park hear! Highway super busy 24hr a day, but there is two nice dog walks, two pools, three hot tubs, the bathrooms and showers and laundry is very clean. There's a great Resturant with daily lunch specials, the rev pads are level and gravel with a concrete pad. No picnic table at all. The only reason for four stars is the traffic noise read more

I'm not sure where to begin, maybe the open cesspool in the middle of the park that you get a wiff of now and then, or the constant barking dogs, or the Avenue 3 E St. noise,that is worse than a freeway, that begins at 4:30 AM every day of the week. I have not had a decent nights sleep in three months. If any of these things don't bother you then this is a perfect place to stay. A person would think the 850 a month rent for a spot here would be enough but they charge double the kilowatt hour rate. Pay premium for rv spot and then Bend you over on electric bill. Sweet. 80 bucks a month to run my refrigerator that's crazy. Cannot imagine what the electric bill would be if you had to run an air conditioner 24 seven in this place. This is a "dog friendly" park so if you have any complaints about dog barking you might as well just go pound sand. All that being said , I'd like to say that the people that work here are very friendly and the restaurant is excellent and although I would never stay here again I appreciate the people that work here. read more

BEWARE. We just needed a site for one night. This resort is located quite a ways off the interstate with no nearby grocery stores or restaurants. We passed several RV parks which were much closer. More importantly we told the office that we would arrive between 4pm-6pm. They said they closed at 4pm. So, I ask if we would still have internet and cable access as advertised. They said yes. When we arrived I learned that we would not have either. UPDATE: I spoke to the office this morning about internet and TV. They provide both at extra cost for longer stays. If you come in for one night you might be able to arrange both if you arrive before 4pm. read more

I must say the changes made at this resort are really spectacular, you can tell that these people really care about the tenants and there overall experience of the beautiful winter season in Yuma. The facilities are really some of the finest I've seen in the country, and believe me, the Mrs. and I are big time RVers. The activities on property were very enjoyable with something fun going on daily leading to us barely ever leaving the park! The roads are in great condition and very spacious. Well where do I begin, came to the park when the other people owned it, was definitely a 5 Star Park when Donna and Dale owned and ran it. Everything was just so, no Black Widows, Donna was also Pleasant and Friendly, No Dead Trees, Clean Pools and Spas, Best Hairdresser Around Marye was Fabulous, Leaves were always picked up, No trash blowing into your Space, They never With held your Mail from you by locking it up in the Managers Office, They Never Once tacked on False Cancelation Charges of $200.00 to your Electric Bill, They never made you Pay for Pest Control to come out because you had over 38 Black Widows Hanging on your RV with over 27 more hanging on the Cement wall behind you along County 15, Never did they lock both you and your Husband up in the Storage Area along with both of your Vehicles and then Refuse to Answer the phone when the Sign clearly shows the Area is Open until 5 and it's only 8 Minutes after 4. Yes it USE TO BE A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY and I use the words USE TO BE, not anymore. So if you want to experience any of the above then this is the place for you, because all of the above is what we had happened to us. Have to give the new owners credit, they sure know how to find a Gem for a Manager! Good Luck with this one because their going to need all the Luck they can find to hang on to the rest of the people as I'm sure it won't be long and they'll be looking elsewhere too. Sad to say we ended up having to go to Court, was no surprise to me that someone that locks you up could sit there after taking an Oath and still unable to speak the Truth, the Hearing Officer was not wearing Horse Blinders, oh yes.....Ruling was in my favor. Had to do it for all those people left behind. Right is Right and Wrong definitely is Wrong. Can you believe the check came in an envelope Not Sealed nor the Envelope flap tucked in, I am sure someone was hoping it would have flown out of the envelope during the delivery process. Oh did I mention.... I never witnessed anyone Exit a Room that Quickly, made me want to run to the doorway and shout out ..... Run Forrest Runnnnnn! As the music rang out in my head. ..... We are the Champions, We are Champions....of the World..... Well I hope I made your day and at least opened your eyes! A nice RV park in South Yuma. They have very well maintained facilities and tons of amenities here.

When I read the reviews from Kathleen H. and Liz K. my first thought was they must be referring to another park, NOT Del Pueblo Tennis & RV Resort. This is Yuma's best kept secret. We have been staying here since 2008 and have NEVER experienced any of the issues stated in their negative reviews. This park is well-maintained, friendly and professionally managed. The transition of ownership has gone smoothly and the Keith family have many years of experience ensuring their guests receive the highest level of service while staying here.
