Staff were all very friendly, and I appreciated the help with check in. We were in a JR Suite and the queen bed was "separated" from the pull out couch area by the bathroom, for a bit of privacy (well as much as you can get in a hotel room!) Each area had a TV and drawers. Fridge and microwave are always useful.

Overall, an amazing location for a conference with an amazing room, great selection of delicious food, and wonderful waitstaff. - Parking: plenty - they have an attached strip mall with food options if you want, but honestly their conference food was beyond my expectations - bathrooms: maintained well and kept clean throughout the day - audio: great, no issues and they provided a couple of handheld mics too - lighting & projector: great, no issues - service/waiters for empty plates: 5/5, were very stealthy and made a couple sweeps to pick up empty plates after breakfast and lunch (much better than another conference location I went to where the staff was clanging plates loudly throughout the conference) There was a drink cart set up right outside the conference room in the hall with: 1. Hot water for tea, with a selection of 5-6 teas 2. Regular Coffee and decaf 3. 3 Juice selection incl. OJ (morning only) 4. Paper cup with lid 5. Mugs and glass cups to choose from Breakfast: buffet style 1. Scrambled eggs 2. Bacon 3. Sausages 4. Assortment of pastries & muffins 5. Assortment of Fruit Lunch: buffet style, one of the best conference buffet lunches I've ever had 1. Chicken 2. Streak 3. Pasta 4. Green beans 5. Carrots - this was surprisingly a crowd pleaser, many people went for seconds, it was cooked that good 6. Mashed potatoes 7. Salad TLDR: absolutely amazing conference experience, kudos to the chef for scrumptious food and to the conference organizers for hosting it here!

If you are told one thing a get another it's bad business. I asked if they could do like a chicken marsala with mashed potato's and a vegetable. They yes the caterer can mostly like do it. Ok then we we told we can test the food. I was very disappointed. Too late for change. They need to make a package menus first of all. Most places do. Second you serve a salad separately and should have different dressing for the guests. Third when you serve a sit down meal it should be one meat, a starch such as potatoes or rice and a vegetable. Your salad should be served first. Its funny because the plates where so small with a fist full of meat, chicken, pasta and salad. No flavor on the pasta. If you server Mexican food then serve rice and beans not pasta. If you serve Italian do pasta. If you serve American do your meat or chicken , potatoes or rice with a vegetable.Ok if you offer free beverages then the waiter should come around the tables offering the guests the drinks not go up to the bar!!!!! You should off ice tea also not just coke and water. Also server fresh bread not day old bread. Also dim the lights during dinner and dimmer when dancing. Not etiquette at all. The cake was delicious! You should also have a coffee pot and creamer. Fun party place and good security. Change your catering people and create a menu with different packages. If you tell you customers one thing do. We paid a pretty good price but the food has to go.

Overall: my family and I LOVED this venue, when we almost lost hope for finding a affordable,…read morepretty venue, I was able to find Lux Studios (this sounds like an ad but I swear it's not ) Cons: *outside wasn't as aesthetic as the actual venue so we were skeptical at first *owner does not reply very well (I ran into this when I was trying to contact her after our first meeting and walkthrough of venue, trying to clarify booking details as well as get our deposit in asap) *setup and cleanup time is included in the time you pay for (we knew this information when booking and paying for our allotted time it just sucks that it was even a thing) *parking situation is a little weird but very manageable Pros: *owner was very friendly, and helpful *owner didn't try to swindle us or upcharge for anything (especially compared to most venues around) *inside of building was beautiful, aesthetic and sleek *most furniture could be moved or used for free in our event *bathroom was cleanly, pretty and stink-free! *floor was easy to clean due to it being concrete *owner helped us put up a few things when checking up on us when we first got there *big windows we could choose to have curtains open or not with *door in the front and door in the back *was allowed to put up basically anything and everything as long as there was no major damage *was allowed to put easy up on side of venue for extra seating *lighting was bright (kinda wish it was adjustable, and if it was was- I wish we knew lol) *and that's all I can think of now! Thankyou so much for having us, we had a blast and enjoyed every second of hosting there P.S. sorry for the lack of venue pics! The day was very chaotic and I didn't think of taking pictures till we were cleaning up

She is everything and more you expect from a hostess. She is attentive, kind and helpful. She has multiple furniture pieces you can switch out based on your vibe. Lux studio is such a hidden gem. Truly a stunning indoor architecture and it was honestly perfect size and budget for our event. She is also well connected with other vendors and made renting tables and chairs a breeze. Overall super pleased and I recommend this location to other friends all the time. Katelyn made it feel like I was hosting at a family member's house she did not hesitate to help set up which I am so so grateful for.
