The XV was for 90 people at "The Garden" and the food "Buffett Mixto" ran out of pasta, chicken and birria needless to say not everyone ate. The tv at the entrance was not displaying the quinceañera's name as told, the day of the party we were told the tv was not hooked up yet. The main chandelier on the dance floor was not working/lighting up. The corner of the dance floor did not light up apparently the part would arrive in January. Not sure why all this is not disclosed upfront. Additional items: We bought a pack of "3", sparks for waltz, mangonada and photo booth for $1,000. See picture for total cups of mangonada servings, I counted around 59. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the Photo Booth, a complete disappointment. We flew our granddaughter from New Jersey because she moved a year ago and all her friends were here, the Photo Booth was the anticipated event for all the teenagers only to find out there were no props, booth was white and dirty, it broke down. Although they did fix it. The pictures were very low quality and aesthetically displeasing, a true disappointment for all the teens. We were being charged $150.00 to bring our own Photo Booth, had we known ahead of time or asked to see the quality we would have not hesitated to pay the $150.00. Did I mention the bathroom was not very clean, the wine disappeared, a total of 3 bags of cups with 150 each bag disappeared and the many many slices of red velvet cake (my granddaughter's favorite, that she did not try) that were left behind "were tossed/trashed"? I was told a few of our guests asked for cake and were told there wasn't any leftover slices only to walk away and eventually be given cake.... Apparently all the "leftovers" cake slices are not yours so be careful if they cut more cake than needed they end of keeping it. Although we did take home a piece of cake that was not cut. The dessert table when we attended the expo was good dessert, the day of the party was a different quality. I grabbed a chocolate covered strawberry and it was old and mushy, my husband had a chocolate covered pretzel and mentioned it was stale. We wished we could have done a bit more research, my daughter left to New Jersey and booked the first place she found that took care "of everything". I do want to mention that I dealt with Rebecca and she was helpful and responsive. However, transparency , honesty and professional ethics is still lacking. read more

I booked this venue without reading the yelp reviews on a recommendation.... After reading some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical.... I attended an event a month before (in the newest venue) and let me just say! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! -venue was beautifully decorated 10/10 it was a blue butterfly theme. Gorgeous -food was great, they serve buffet style and enough food for the entire evening. -DJ was really good -Event was in July & the AC was functional to the point I was chilly in hot July! I have my own event next month & looking forward to another wonderful experience thank you Rebecca and staff for working hard to make our quinces dreams come true ! read more

Our event was a Sweet 16 on New Year's Eve 12/31/25. This is our second event with Couture as they did an amazing job with my eldest daughter's quinceañera. I need to thank Rebecca the owner and her staff for the amazing attention to detail of our event. The owner and I sat down 6 months before to plan the itinerary and decorations. I was very flexible with the decorations because I knew Rebecca and her team have wonderful insight in making things look magical from my first event. All I needed to tell her was my daughter's colors and theme and she already knew what would make the hall look beautiful. The day of the party was amazing. The hall was glamorous and more than what I had expected. One of my guest who also owns her our venue said, this event hall was over the top. Esli the DJ did a great job with going over the itinerary, and keeping my guest entertained. The music was tasteful and he understood the direction of what type of vibe we wanted. Drew the bartender was amazing and friendly and knew how to accommodate 250 guest for being the only bartender. Our guest were in great spirits and she also noted if anyone was reaching there limits to make sure the guest were under control and would be safe to drive home. The main server which I can't remember her name was also amazing. The serving staff were on top of all the main menu and all the extra. They executed all the food and extras pastries and snacks perfectly so all our guests could enjoy every item. They also made sure everything looked presentable at the tables after guest ate and drank. We planned many extras within our package like: Porto's bakery, nachos, esquites, items to make tositilocos, Mexican candy, michoacana ice cream, ramen noodles, etc. Every guest walked away saying that this was the best venue and event they have ever attended from the aesthetic of the hall, music, and food. I also don't want to forget the security staff as they keep the peace as sometimes their could be unwelcome people trying to crash a party especially on new years. I was definitely considering this place for a quince however 1.the security is rude i smile said hello & they just stare at you 2. took 3-4 hours to feed all guest . why offer to have 1 buffet style for an event for 400 guest .definitely should have to two 3. refuse to give my pregnant cousin cranberry juice claiming she had a bottle of vodka at her table ( the soda , juice & alcohol was not provided by venue. it was all brought in & paid by the party host ) 4.they turn OFF the a/c claiming it broke down & had all doors closed .it was so hot inside some guest went outside for Fresh air and security ask them to return inside or to leave . Most guests were hungry & Hot they began to leave by 9pm . the event was 6pm - 2 . Worst experience at Venue I've ever attended. All employees need better customer service. read more

Do not be fooled by the outside or location of this venue. I recently went to a wedding and the decoration & layout was very well done. The lit-up dance floor was efficiently laid out at a mid-point so that everyone could view the dancers which made it very welcoming to get your dance on! The lighting & panels against the walls are also very modern and versatile to fit many themes. Additionally, there's a lot of space to accommodate vendors. The wedding I went to had a beautiful desserts spread, a Photo Booth & a jumper for the kids! Bathrooms are a plenty so you don't have to worry about your guests waiting in a long line and missing out on the party. Staff was diligently cleaning throughout the event. Our experience at this venue could have been better. It was very difficult reaching the point of contact for the venue. The light bulb on the "15" structure was out. The lights in the dressing room where the person of honor gets ready was not working so it was very dark and there was insufficient seating in the changing room. The DJ was dressed in a T-shirt and should have been wearing dress attire more properly suited for the event. Champagne glasses or simply clean glasses for that matter were not provided for the toast. The restrooms didn't have seat covers and rolls of toilet paper were just left in the stalls and never properly placed. read more

DO NOT GET THIS VENUE! ITS A SCAM. I've come to this venue for parties so many times and I've tried warning everyone that it is all a scam. They don't believe me because they get sweet talked into all these false promises. My sister had her quince here my father had his wedding my aunt had her wedding my niece had her quince and my two brothers have also had their wedding here. They promise to decorate a certain way and it's nothing like they explained when you arrive. They keep all your leftover beer in their ice chests, they will dump your beer in there before last call and hope you guys don't ask for it back. NO AC SO SUMMER EVENTS ARE HELL. Any leftover food or desserts are not yours too keep. Don't get me started on the bar service, you have to wait in a long line for a drink. They have taken bottles of alcohol from these events and other things that I can't speak on currently as it's being investigated. For my sisters quince they opened the dessert table for 15 mins then took the rest to the back room. They dumped cases of beer in their cooler before last call and kept the rest as we were so occupied on getting the rest of our things that we forgot to ask for our drinks back. I made sure to tell my aunt who had her wedding here to take an ice chest and get her beer back at the end of the night and best believe she did but only because she asked not because they told her she had beer leftover in their coolers. Again, there are sooo many other things that I can say but just take this as your warning to save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I was just here for an event. The temperature was set at 83° inside we are in month of July so you can only imagine what 150 people in the building would feel like . They did have big fans but when ask if they can put the AC they said they couldn't only had these industrial fans. But just sitting there people were sweating. The floor was a bit dirty which I thought maybe someone could have done that and than I went to the ladies bathroom was VERY dirty the toilet looked as if it wasn't clean at all and no changing table for babies. The utensils wasn't that clean looking either . One of the dance floor squares was burnt out so it looked cheap. For the money that was spent here just didn't feel worth it . A member of the staff didn't speak much English so if you're not bilingual that could be a problem. Overall first impression was a no for me. Beautifully decorated tables, chandeliers, glass dance floor, very spacious a lot of room to move around, they were able to fit a kids jumper which helped keep kids entertained, desert area, photo booth, bar area and 20 tables. This is my first time being here for a sweet 16. Let me just say this place looks amazing. Very well decorated, lighting is super dope and there's so much rooms! BUT DAMN! It's hot af in here. They even have other industrial fans inside in different areas and that isn't helping what so ever. I've been here since 430 and now It's 830 at night and nobody has danced but they are sweating their asses off LOL wiping there faces with napkins and taking the pictures from the tables to fan themselves off. This place would be so bad ass if the A/C would keep up. Then when it was time for the cheers like half the people had their cups filled SMH.
