Great customer service from the moment they answered the phone to the moment we stepped off of the property. Well organized and such a fun time. Very well worth it and would definitely be coming back!! My boyfriend was completely mortified and scared to get on the horse and asked a million and one questions and every single staff was reassuring but also honest. He rode the horse with confidence because of the staff training and attentiveness. He would definitely come back and said he was the most amazing thing he's done his whole life. Every single animal on the ranch is also well taken care off and amazingly well manners, from the dogs to the random Turkey on site. Every single one was gentle and sweet. They also take pictures of you throughout the trail and provide you FREE of charge by texting them to you. HOW CONVENIENT!!! And the pictures are SOOOO GOOD! This also happened to be my step-son's birthday and they were wonderful and sweet enough to give him a horse shoe for good luck after the ride it was so unexpected and he completely was so excited. From a teenager being excited to ride horses and receive a horseshoe this says a lot!!

Moreover, its size, layout, and design was cheap and an eyesore the whole party. Overall it was not a good venue and should be avoided.

The staff particularly the park manger Brian and the board members are tyrants and completely unapologetic . Rude and just plain bad people. Go to a Friday night fire and watch the board members drink for free all night and then be belligerent to lot owners. Nothing but rules. No deliveries of any kind or work on your lot can be performed on weekends. No matter what. LSV (which are licensed and titled vehicles must have 3" reflective lot numbers on all four sides and must be reflective so the nasty old people can call and report you for speeding. The older ranchers are horrible and scream slow down at you and take your picture then report you to security. But, cars get to race back and forth all day every day. Kids on scooters (gas and electric) fly as fast as they can go. Had a kid smack in to a parked truck this year already and had to be life flighted due to her head injuries. No helmet, 8 yo going as fast as she could. Now there has been groups of underage kids drunk wandering around late at night yelling and screaming. Security is a joke unless some old lady calls on a different lot owner because of the radio was too loud and his motorcycle then they show up and write him a ticket. Don't like it? They threaten to call the sheriff on you. It was such a great campground but slowly becoming a huge mess. From employee theft of cash, to using park vehicles to take home or fly down the streets of woodsmoke. And let's not forget the SS truck. This massive vehicle flys around at a high rate of speed all the time. Occasionally running over decorations on sites as they drive across the grass. People are selling their lots at a very high rate due to all of the above and more. Not a good place anymore. Look somewhere else unless you like being told to deal with it. Horrible, Horrible management. Horrendous people.

That said, the service left us feeling like we were a burden rather than welcomed guests. Because of that, I most likely won't be back.
