A secret no more... We have been stopping here--on the way home from a quick trip to the Tri-Cities--for carnes ever since they opened a few years ago. It's a lot busier now, and that's awesome. Meat is always fresh and nicely seasoned, and now they have a hot deli and chicharrones. Folks are all business when it's hectic, but smiles aren't hard to come by. They now have chorizo seco. This place caught our eye visiting Viera's Bakery and the adjoining tortilla factory. Lucky us! It's a fantastic Hispanic meat market that has all your favorites. They also have fresh salsas, and a deli with hot treats. Everyone was so friendly. We usually stay in West Pasco when we travel to the Tri-Cities, and having this market here means we don't have to make a different stop for meats to bring home. Very convenient. read more

This place is awesome. They have a great selection of meat and a lot of it is preseasoned which makes it super convenient when I forget to thaw dinner. They have fresh salsas, guac, shrimp ceviche, chips, tortillas and lot of other things. You can get everything you need for a main and side dish in one spot. read more

Great Mexican Meat Market in West Pasco. Great Meats and Seasonings!!

Bought beef ribs and paid $32.32 and they were ALL FAT! Fat on bone side and on top. They were not even edible. Worst ribs i have ever purchased. The business that was there before had the best ever ribs and only $3.99 a lb. We also bought T bones which was decent and a rib eye, Very fatty and not very good tasting. I have to wonder the rib eye was more roast like. These guys need to buy their meat from a better seller. Go to other meat markets, pass this one up. Not good meat. read more

Horrible service! If I could choose zero stars I would! Every time we have gone there we purchase close to $100 dollars of meat and the last time we went they forget our salsa and we call to let them know and the person on the phone asks who helped us and what did they look like as if we were lying ...we tell him we have a receipt and we go back even though we live in Richland and we get there and the same crap we get questioned like we are thieves and we give the rude checker our receipt and she says well it doesn't say specifically what you bought ...it's your damn receipt that you give us maybe get better receipts that specify what you sell! Then to top it off as she's getting our salsa she starts scratching her back and then proceeds to give me my salsa..disgusting!! No thanks!! And to top it off they weigh their meat before they take it back to season it and then they weigh it again after they put the foam plate and saran wrap and that's when they charge you..ridiculous ..who's the thieves???? read more

One of my favorite places to shop, they are not windy river but thats not all bad. The old owners were super friendly, the new owners are that x10. The addition of fresh produce is something I always thought the old owners should have done..... make it a one stop shop. It is now a one stop shop. I can make several meals, plus grab a Modelo Chelada and not have to go to yokes for extras. As far as the ribs lady, you either have to know what to ask for.... not their specialty like it was korie's or be smart enough to go elsewhere. They are however half the price and will trim the fat ..... like windy river did. Or you trim it yourself and not give these nice people a bad review because you dont know how things work. read more

I absolutely love this place. It is very clean and the meat is fresh and well priced. I recommend getting it seasoned. Also, you have to get the Guacamole Rancheros. It is by far the best Guacamole I have ever tasted. The first time I bought it, I bought two containers and they were gone in less than an hour, thanks to some help from my teenage daughters. Fortunately, it is just a short drive so I was able to buy more before a fight broke out over the last of it. read more
