Majority of the vendors that are regulars didn't have anything set up last night. I was hoping to pick up some houseplants but the vendor wasn't there. Guess with the heat, it's not good for the plants to be out. Rightfully with that. But it did seem like the food area did have more vendors compared to what I've seen before. Usually walking along the strip, it tends to be packed with vendors and shoppers but the past few weeks, not so many. Summer tends to be quiet as people do leave town. The snowbirds going back to Canada. Even restaurants close for the summer season. Same with the vendors here, some comes every other week while there's still the regulars that comes every week. Small local vendors trying to get their product out there. They have the locals vendors that I frequent for my baked goods and sweets. It's a nice little shopping and food area that's great for a Thursday night. Restaurant and shops do open a little later for the event. It was quite hot last night so a lot of vendors weren't out. But once it starts to cool down again, it'll get busier.

The food options are fun and out of the ordinary. We enjoyed the lavender lemonade, carnitas tacos, and "lavender" sourdough mini donuts. I'd say the sourdough over-powered the lavender in the donut but the flavors of cinnamon and lemon were excellent. Note- wear appropriate shoes, this is an outdoor farm atmosphere you'll walk a lot and much of the terrain is uneven and has wood chips. There is a small tractor tour that looks cute, we didn't ride. We walked all through the place. As the night falls, the decorative lights begin to illuminate the gardens and paths making it beautiful and romantic. Highly recommended for any group of friends, a couple or family (maybe not small kids... as it's a lot of walking and not my idea of stroller friendly)

At main right entrance they'll scan your ticket upon entering. The signs will lead you to the closest and most available parking area. Once parked you're allowed to explore the premises in non restricted areas. From tree lights, fire pits, chandeliers and the vineyards, the owners have been very thoughtful and creative with their farm. Food: matcha $12 - nothing crazy. Not strong in the matcha. Fried chicken sandwich with rosemary fries $23 with $2 added for rosemary fries. No sauces included. Fries were underwhelming and chicken a bit stringy. Strawberry lavender lemonade was the star of the show at $7 for a regular size cup. Would I return? Maybe. Would i come for the food? Probably not. They also had coffee, a bar, and dessert. They had tacos, carne asada fries among other things to nibble on. Come for the lights. Bring your own snacks and drinks. Arrive early for good parking. Bring your camera!

We thought that the first staff members we approached could have been more informative and welcoming, but no biggie. We came for the lavender festival (paid $77.90 with VIP parking). The scent of lavender wafting through the back patio was serene. The lavender fields offered scenic photo opportunities as well. The lavender themed cocktails were delicious. Pricey (paid $40+ w/tip for 2 drinks), but damn good. The matcha room offered high quality tea with balanced flavors (~$12+ w/tip). We loved the little shops offering unique items. The crafting area had engaging crafts; each station was about $8. We decided to make bookmarks using dried flowers. Staff at the crafting area were friendly and helpful. We also booked high tea. We loved that it was located at their back patio. There was a nice breeze and a good view of the lavender fields. Personally, I thought there was too much foot traffic during tea but other people in my party didn't mind. Our waitress was friendly, but a tad slow and unfortunately brought out the wrong tea. Overall, the food was good. We loved the curry sandwich the most along with a few of the desserts. The lemon poppy was fantastic! We paid $201 for this experience.

The festival is a great spot for everyone! It is located in a residential area, with it also being…read morerural. Tickets are parking are bought online. Once at the entrance, you are scan your ticket and parking with a parking attendant. There is parking available on site, depending on the day and whether it is sold out. It's a good idea is buy parking ahead of time or you will be forced to park in the residential area. The farm is huge and everything is spread out, so expect a lot of walking. You are given a map of the festival. It can be a little hard to follow since not everything is cleared labeled outside the map. The farm has designated areas, such as the shops, food, and activities. Everything is on theme of lavender: food, drinks, and merch. Some that stood out to me is the matcha room, flower market, the blacksmith shop, and a coffee shop. There is 123 merch at some shops and local vendors selling their art work. Theres vendors selling candies, crochet, book marks, crystals, etc. Although the festival entry is at 5, most shops and vendors do not open until 6. Through the farm, there are workers around. However, some can be unfriendly. There are bathrooms and no porta potties! In the food area, there is pizza, sandwiches, carne asada fries, bbq. I ordered from the grill and got a steak sandwich (minus the bread) and they were very accommodating. I received a buzzer and my order did not take long. Dessert, there is ice cream, funnel cake, cheesecake, pies. There are a ton of beverage options besides coffee and matcha, like lemonade and alcohol. There is a stage for live music and lots of seating for eating. Music acts are listed online and on the map. There alot of spots for photo ops and there is also a Photo Booth! Families and couples, of all orientations, meandered and got along. Not just got along, actually enjoyed hanging with each other. This amazing event was free. It's a beautiful outdoor event spread out with lots of walking amongst the artist tents. There's a quaint pond in the center, food truck area with some limited seating, clean VIP trailer restrooms, and beverage and snack tucked away all around the area. Tip- wear a hat, sunscreen and comfy shoes. You'll be outside the entire time, walking mostly on grass and some pavement. But let's get to the fabulous array of artists! You'll encounter the artists themselves and most seem to enjoy sharing their stories and talking about their passion. Fabulous jewelry, paintings, sculptures as well as clothing and accessories. You feel so inspired and in awe as you peruse the event. Most artisans were from the Pacific coast but I noticed some from as far as Florida and New Orleans. Paid parking in the civic center gravel lot made it easy to get right in, and plenty of volunteers to guide you throughout the event. When making a purchase you are given a ticket to turn in before leaving to curtail theft. I loved this event and hope to come back someday!

However I did get some good food BBQ to chocolate cover strawberries, so it was a decent variety of food trucks. Some of the food trucks (Cousins Maine Lobsters) had a huge line!
