I took out my phone because I wanted to take a picture of me and the family having fun and the rude old lady said no phones put your phone away or I would have to confiscated from you, I understand they have nothing but high schoolers working there but it doesn't mean the managers have to treat everyone like their a principal at a middle school.

I was surprised to see that they actually have two different 18 hole courses! We all got the 2 hour unlimited package, and we did alot actually during our time there. We did two 18 hole mini golf courses, I did a little rock climbing on the rock wall, and played a couple arcade games. I felt like the arcade didn't have many games. I was a little bummed to see that. It is a small space which I understand, but it would've been cool to have more variety and options. I like those Dance Dance Revolution games, I don't think I saw one like that there. It would be nice if the arcade was updated and had more games inside. Every employee we were interacted was great. They were friendly, helpful, and got to us as quick as they could. It's just that when we were trying to pay and get our golf clubs, there wasn't anyone at the desk and it seemed like the one employee had to help with the prize desk. And of course, there was a kid who was taking a while to pick a prize so we had a line behind us. It's not anyone's fault but I think they just lack staff. I would absolutely come again for the mini golf haha, it was a fun time.

Everyone's out in the pool during the day time and downtown is quiet. But come sundown, it's brings everyone out. It's nice that the city has the night market set up. Streets of course are blocked off for all the vendors to set up their goods. Parking situation, there's all the public lots both covered and uncovered. Street parking is available as well. I feel like each time I come, the vendors come and go. They tend to be at the same spot which maybes a reserved spot they put in. But each time, it either has less vendors or there's more added. Of course you have the regulars at their usual spot. This week, the stage wasn't there right in the middle of the walk. Also not many live music performances. There were your few one man show but haven't seen the school bands lately. Plus it seems like there were more food vendors this time. I could be wrong or just haven't been paying attention but the smell of everything was amazing. It's a good way to bring people out to downtown on a Thursday night. Slightly cooler in a sense...lol... It's still hot but that's when people are out and about when sunset comes which is nice as they can walk the street and check out all the local vendors.

What a cute property! My friend and I decided on the 2 bedroom suite and it was so relaxing! We had…read moreso much space between us. We both had king sized beds with huge closets and a bathroom to share between the bedrooms. The small seating area with couch and a small dining table with 4 chairs was between the bedrooms in front of the bathroom. The kitchenette included a medium sized fridge/freezer and sink with a Keurig coffee maker. It would have been better if they added a small microwave as well, I felt it was the only thing missing. My room with the balcony facing the street also had a wireless charger and sound machine. What a great touch. My friend took the front bedroom with the view of the pool. Both bedrooms had TVs and ceiling fans. The robes were also perfect! I brought my own hotel slippers. Pool area lacked a little bit more of shade but that's a personal preference. It's so nice that the pool and hot tub was open 24/7! The pool bar is so nice to have for a smaller resort like this. It definitely made our experience better! We didn't get to try the restaurant on site but will definitely check it out next time because we're already planning our next stay! Shout out to Sierra for being such a sweet hostess!

We checked in late after being at the softball field all day. When we first walked into the room it looked super cute but it quickly went sideways. Went to go pull out the sofa-bed for my daughter to sleep in only the find that not only had the sheets not been changed but they were dirty with dried puddles of bodily fluid in the middle. Yeah. Tried to call the front desk but you can't call, only text. So I texted, waited 10 min and after no response my husband went up to the front desk. They literally walked him to their linen closet, handed him some wadded up sheets and said we could change the sheets ourselves. Sorry what? Thats when I decided to go online to try to find a new place to stay. Grabbed my phone, sat on the bed in the bedroom, only to find some lovely pubes in the bed. Texted the front desk again, no response. And because it's so late at night, there's literally no where else to stay in the area because everything is booked. This place should seriously be shut down.

Privately owned and what appears to still have a home property onsite, Moorten Botanical features over 3,000 species of cacti. Another unique component is the rare Cactarium which is a greenhouse featuring cactus and succulents. Admission is $7 cash or card and there is always staff available to greet guests. A paper map is provided post payment to help navigate the grounds. I recommend sunscreen as a majority of the viewing takes place outside and the sun tends to beat down. Onsite there are a variety of large tortoises in specialty spots enjoying their environment. At the end of the garden, there is a nursery where plants can be purchased along with gardening trinkets. For the value, this is one to not miss! I've been coming here for years since I was a little girl and I enjoy the fact that Moorten sticks to their roots and have kept the layout the same allowing me to feel nostalgia each time I visit. Thank you!!!
