My wife and I were counting the other day... we have purchased 19 new vehicles of just about every make since we have been married, and I will say this has been the most pleasant experience to date, which is actually surprising because we had a trade to deal with and all of the fun that comes along with that. They gave us more for our trade than any of the other dealers we had visited on the same street (might I suggest staying FAR away from a certain nearby Chevy dealer), and it wasn't even a haggle. It was quick and easy and I didn't get ripped off. I didn't even have to FIGHT to not get ripped off. Imagine that! Our salesman, finance guy and the woman who helped us set up the truck with Onstar service were all just wonderful. I will say I really thought that having a dedicated person to go over the vehicle with you and help you deal with the annoying account setups and such is a GREAT touch of service. Now I haven't experienced the service department yet, and admittedly that is where a lot of dealers lose the repeat customer. We traded in a Toyota and their service department is the sole reason we swore to never step foot in a Toyota dealer ANYWHERE again. It was that bad. I don't expect anything but great service here though based on my experience so far. Bottom line... we feel like we lucked out by coming here and getting the service we received. This dealer is, in our experience, a diamond among the dirt along 36th street.

Before purchasing a used car, I specifically asked that the vehicle be within the lower-state sales-tax range. I was assured that it was. The same day we purchased the car, I got home and saw that they were running a "sales tax paid" promotion on ALL used cars. I called to ask why we didn't receive that promotion and was told our sales tax would only be 3.5%--roughly $315. I was also told the cost to repair a part on the car would be around $500. Based on that information, we moved forward. Unfortunately, we later discovered that what we were told about the vehicle qualifying for the lower sales-tax rate was not true. We are now out substantially more money than what we were told we would be paying. I called and spoke with Rodney on Wednesday. He told me, "We'll make it right. I'll call you tomorrow." He never called. I called Friday morning and asked for Rodney. I gave my name and was put on hold for 14 minutes, only for the call to eventually disconnect. I called back and spoke with Joey, who said Rodney had just gone to lunch and would call me as soon as he returned. Five hours later, there was still no call. I called back using a different name, and suddenly Rodney answered immediately. When I explained the situation and what we had been promised, his response was essentially, "We can agree to disagree." He then said, "It's all under camera in the finance office." I explained that the conversation about what we were being promised happened in his office, where he and Joey/Jody had us agree to and sign the paperwork and credit approval. Rodney then admitted they apparently don't have a camera in that office. What makes this especially disappointing is that Rodney came across as extremely Godly and trustworthy during the two hours we spent with him while purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately, our experience afterward did not match that impression. I am extremely disappointed--not just because of the additional money we are now out, but because of how this situation was handled when I tried to get answers. **My recommendation: look elsewhere if you want a dealership that will stand behind what its employees tell you before you sign.** I would not want another customer to go through what we did.

I dropped it off before they opened- day of the appointment like the guy told me to. I called around 11 am to check their progress, and one had looked at it or knew that I had an appointment until I called. Then a different guy started quoting me over a $1k for both axles' brakes and a "tune up" bc the miles are high. Also if you ask to pull it after they look at it, it's $100 for diagnosis if you want your car back. Had I known it was gonna be a mess, I would not have dropped it off. I dealt with two different guys on the phone but it seemed like I was talking to two different businesses. But, they did eventually replace the rotors and brakes on the rear axel after all the phone tag, so idk. Apologies for my frustration. Lmao

A quick tire change to the "doughnut" and a google search for tire repair resulted into a call to Jon's Service Center. My call to them resulted in: A professional and reassuring phone conversation on the safety of repairing a nail/ screw. A further responsive "come on down and we will fix it." I have never used this service center but there was a large number of positive reviews, so I decided to choose them. WHAT A GREAT DECISION THAT WAS!! I arrived and received prompt service, the guys were so nice and professional, they made me feel very comfortable. It was amazingly fast for a "'walk in" and I had one more surprise in store from this outstanding company - a no charge. Yes, they fixed the tire and returned my car to its righteous state with a new customer no charge. Yes, you bet I will be bringing my car to them for service going forward, this is the service that we all look for when seeking quality and I think I have found that five star place!
