We booked our appointment and the day of our carpet cleaning, the crew was a no-show for our 9am appt. After 30 mins my husband texted to inquire the status and received a text from a Thomas of Home Clean Home Carpet Cleaning stating the job they were on "added additional rooms for cleaning" and our 9am appt would now be an 11am arrival possibly earlier or later?! We were very perturbed at the total disregard for our time! We understand things can happen; perhaps a customer decides to add A ROOM, but to arbitrarily "add rooms" to an already scheduled appointment-- should have resulted in that customer being asked to schedule another appointment on a different day. Instead of the crew allowing the entire day to be disrupted & thrown into a tailspin! A total disregard for other scheduled customers! So we agreed to the 11 o'clock hour only to be called at 1130a, again by Thomas, apologetically advising the ETA was now moved to after 12pm. How absurd! We decided to call it a wash with Home Clean Home Carpet Cleaning. First impressions are lasting ones. If they can't get to appointments on time, are only full of excuses, I can only imagine that the work they perform is probably as subpar. I don't want to invite that in my home. When people show you who they are, BELIEVE THEM! Home Clean Home arrived at my door at nearly 5 hours after the scheduled appt. time. I thought we'd made it clear during the 1130am call we no longer desired their services. So we sent them away. We did not move paint, so it must have been spilt in their truck from a prior move. My husband and I decided not to take any chances this time. Prager Moving and Storage has been in Naperville for decades. Our neighbor, who is a perfectionist, to put it mildly, used Prager and raved about them. Our real estate agent, Chris Cobb, recommended Prager. The actual cost of the move came in below their estimate. The driver, Bob Bychowski, was outstanding. He and his crew were extremely prompt on both ends. His truck was huge and immaculate. His crew was great. Each and every one of them introduced themselves to us by name and shook our hands and then got to work without delay. We haven't unpacked everything yet, but all the furniture arrived without a scratch. This was the easiest move we have ever experienced. We are a "his, mine and ours" family, so we have both moved many times over the decades. We both agree that this was by far the best moving experience ever. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

Steve knew exactly what he was doing and asked all the pertinent questions. His quote was fair and extremely accurate. Before the scheduled move we were able to move quite a few small boxes and items ourselves as we had access to the new home. Steve was happy to adjust the quote (through FaceTime again) and it was astonishingly accurate. The crew was fantastic! Adan was the crew leader and all the men were very proficient in packing, moving and communicating with us throughout the day. They were all friendly and very accommodating to how we wanted things placed in the new home. Also, Brenda in the office was quite helpful with scheduling the move, explaining the billing, and answering any questions we had. Cannot say enough good things about this company.
