While talking, they mentioned they could also get a piece of missing siding replaced! I had a piece that I bought as the wrong color wanting to replace it myself, but didn't have a ladder tall enough. This was a no brainer to go with them, since they could get all of our needs met in one visit and had availability to do everything within a few days of me calling. While cleaning the gutters, they noticed things like incorrect screws keeping them up, and went ahead and replaced them for us! They also fixed some of our shingles on the roof line that were popping up behind the gutter so that they lay flat again. They did a great job cleaning, cleaned up the job site, and the siding looks amazing. I am SO happy to have all of these things done! Our salesman, Brandon, was our salesman on both jobs and he's always thorough. Like a Dr has great bedside manner, Brandon has great relationship skills. Not pushy, but knows his stuff and leaves it up to the customer to decide what's best for them. I like his style. Cody, the job foreman, and his crew were top notch. The communication was fantastic with images and text along the way. Even the clean up was top notch. I hope I never need another roof but who knows where I'll be in 5 years.
