The guy who looked kind of like the cobbler you'd conjure up in your head if asked to imagine one, just took my keys and headed to the machine, and in a moment or two was back at the counter with my duplicates. They charged us $3,300 upfront for this awful service. The good news is I paid their fee with my Chase Visa. I filed a dispute with Chase and the payment is being pulled back pending investigation.
