She sent it to the underwriters to give me my old rate due to my special circumstances! I'm hoping they will understand also. He listened to me and answered all of my questions and concerns so that he understood exactly what coverages I needed for my personal situation. Jake found me the BEST coverage for an unbelievably great rate. My rate had better coverage for three vehicles and three drivers than I previously had for two vehicles and two drivers (the same vehicles and drivers from my previous policy but just adding a driver and a car to my Allstate policy). The process was super simple; a phone conversation, a few texts and e-documentation. Later Jake reached out to make sure I was happy with my policy. He also resolved a concern that I had regarding one of the drivers on my policy. Jake made it clear that as long as I have my policy, he was available to personally oversee and assist me with it.
