So I called High Energy to come out and find out why the fuse didn't trip. After 90 minutes of assessment and merely installing another wire nut the Tech. informed me he "didn't know why the fuse didn't trip. AND for that I paid $536! WHAT!! I specifically hired High Energy to find out why the fuse didn't trip when it should have. They DIDN'T do that ... then charged me $536. TWO words come to mind; RIP-OFF! Hell my son hired an electrician recently in the metropolitan area of Seattle and he was only charged $300 for the same time frame ... and his guy actually FIXED the problem he'd been hired to repair. High Energy did little but "assess", couldn't diagnose the issue, couldn't resolve the issue and yet had the GALL to charge $536. I have four rental properties in Spokane and you can bet I will NEVER AGAIN employ a company that thinks it's okay to charge $536 to NOT live up to the expectation for which they were hired. I asked for a bid to install one 240 outlet (which another company did for under $1000) and they gave me a proposal to replace the breaker panel ($13,000), all the upstairs outlets ($6700) plus $2000 for the 240 outlet. Total $20 grand!!! By the way my house is only 25 years old and we have had zero problems with our electrical system.

Also had the former great room ceiling fan reinstalled in our guest room and two flush mounted fixtures installed. Sean made an appt. with us with a date and time (which was two weeks out). This was more than reasonable when it could take months with other electrical contractors. He and his crew arrived in time on the agreed date. We walked the areas for installation and appreciated his recommendations, which saved us money. They were all professional, knowledgeable and protected our home from the debris from installing the various fixtures. They vacuumed up after the areas that they worked in.
