I used to think this outfit was a stand up place. They would show up and fix things without issue…read more Then Mike stopped showing up and started sending people out who overcharged for products ($4500 dollar boiler on every site I found selling it....sold it to my landlord for substantial markup.) Overkill as well. The old boiler was on it's way out but it wasn't necessary to replace it with the Lochinvar they chose. 9000 dollars and 10 hours later (Being generous here. They didn't show up til almost 10 when they said 9, they left at noon for lunch and came back at 1:30 and they left our house at 4:30, not including the day before when they showed up, said they'd be back, and then left) they still didn't finish installing the thing, multiple guys, in the dead of winter while my children and I have to wait yet another day for them to figure out how to finish installing it. (multiple plumbers showed up to my house to do this, mind you) Called their customer service and she was rude, asking me if "I had my plumbing license" to which I responded "no ma'am, I'm a licensed electrician in two states and I do automation and controls work." As if I, in my 22 years as a professional electrician have never done service work. I can tell you one thing, whether or not the work I did was for a homeowner or renter, I always let the PEOPLE LIVING IN THE HOME know what was going on. Very, very dissatisfied with the customer service, not from Mike, but from the people he chose to come to my house and NOT finish a job that should have taken a day. And if they want to argue with me about it, perhaps they can commission and install a GEHO pump in a day, perhaps they can design and install a pump station in a week, or perhaps they can program some logic for me at the mine where I work doing automation, controls, and logix work where YES, MAJOR MOTORS, PUMPS, AND PLUMBING ARE INVOLVED. This job should have been done but they're trying to milk my 80 year old land-lord because "he's cheap", their very words. I'll be taking the time that was done on this job and the price of their heater to my landlord and I will be asking him why he allowed them to justify charging him over 9000 dollars. I know it wasn't for hours. I happen to know the going rate for a plumber. I know it wasn't for material. Much of the material they replaced was in working condition. No offense to Mike, but the people you're paying to do this work are unprofessional and their disparaging comments about my landlord and refusal to let the renters know what's going on is completely out of line. You wouldn't get away with this kind of service if there were proper competition in our area.

I live out in Forsyth and so even being two hours away, I was glad to find a plumber to come and…read morehelp me with a clogged sewer line and a cracked sewer pipe. It's an older house that had been neglected before I bought it. They charge a travel fee of course, but still - when no one local called me back or even acknowledged my phone calls I thought I was still getting the better deal. They explained the breakdown of the costs and that they travel all over the area, and as the only plumbers who do I think that deserves a fair rate. They came out within a few days and got everything done, and were exemplary in their work and professional in their handling of me and my situation. They did all the plumbing things I could find for them, along with explaining what they were doing and giving good advice. Going from two toilets that don't work to two toilets that do, and having everything in good working order is like heaven. Now I have a great new house with excellent plumbing, thank you !

Just drove by their location and a fleet of work vehicles and vans were parked in the lot. They said they do not have anyone available to come over for at least 10 days. They do not have techs on call anymore to answer a question, they are not "always open" as advertised. They must have lost the license for selling and servicing the brand of product they sold me because they no longer are listed on the Manufacturer website as a retailer/servicer. Look elsewhere if looking for responsive boiler sales and support. I am.
