It had originally said that their paint touch up issues were noted from the first walkthrough, (see attached documents) but instead I had to pay a painter to complete that for me. I thought from moving from a big city to a small city, builders would be more trustworthy, but I was wrong. I trusted that these issues would be taken care of by such a professional reputation that Randy Wise is known for. The people that are hired to complete these tasks have changed several times while I've lived here. I have a stump left in my yard that I did not catch until days after I had moved in from across the United States, we were transferred here because my husband serves in the military. I asked about the removal within the one year and was told that it was left here by a person that was in charge, but was let go because he did not do his job. This again is not my problem or my business. Why does it end up being my problem when employees are changed and the stump remains in my yard? Then, just at the end of August I had an issue with the sprinkler/irrigation system (as the picture shows) and was told as I was identifying myself to Merdith that she knew who I was because I had had painting issues beforehand. She belittled me with a snarky comment about us being the ones calling so many times about the paint job. I replied saying that that was true, but the paint was never even touched up by Randy Wise. After calling them for over a year and them never doing anything about it I decided to call my own painter. They did the job as they were supposed to. Randy Wise is a great builder, I will give them that much credit, but their organizational skills and politeness lack greatly.
