Whenever they and their helpers were on site, the work was first-rate, and I'd welcome either of them back without hesitation. My one real reservation is staffing. We gave the company our strict timeline a full six months in advance, but for the first four months the crew was here only sporadically; which delayed our project and pushed our other contractors behind schedule too. The last three weeks they were here almost every day and accomplished a tremendous amount, which honestly just made me wish that commitment had been there from day one. For anyone comparing bids, the rates run a little higher than some but the quality of the work backs it up. If the company dedicates its people to your job from the start, you'll be in great hands.
