She set up an appointment and sure enough, Luke from First Class came out and fixed the issue right away. The best part, their pricing was more than fair. I was so impressed, I asked Luke to give me an estimate to replace my upstairs unit. It is about 25 years old so it is time. In the future, It would be helpful if they ran through a few preliminary questions or pictures of the unit to see if a trip out is worth the time. Before the technician left I asked a few more questions before he suggested a Home Energy Audit. I'm hopeful that the home energy audit could put me on a better path to resolving the cooling issues in my home. Edit: Rob contacted me after my review and explained a few other details where now I feel the information that he provided was worth the cost.

Line replaced with a correct length, cleanup in process, but still no hot water. Called, only to have the secretary repeated tell me they won"t come to look at it without payment for the look see!!! Truck/train traffic likely caused vibration over the 6 years to cause the bent line on the improper install to fail. we now have to have the electrical components reviewed/ replaced (tank itself OK) or just install a whole new system. First sentence mention the word suck...so yeah..they suck. We're both retired and disabled as well so their attitude towards their own shoddy work is extra special.
