I would not recommend this company. They had scheduled a service call for first thing in the morning and didn't call to show up until the end of the day after we waited the entire time at home. This was after several calls to the office where they assured us they would get them there quickly. In discussing this with them on the phone the service person hung up on me midsentence which I thought was very rude. Our VW van took a rock in the windshield on the Sterling Highway heading north to Capt. Cook State Park. We called ahead to Randy's Glass to see if they could fit us in on a Friday afternoon. They could. It took less than 30 minutes to make a chip repair. We were mainly concerned about stopping the chip from turning into a big crack, but Randy's crew made a quarter-size crater disappear into not much else than a bit of glue smear -- and all for $46.34. read more

Do not use. I had him come replace my glass in my windows due to lost seal and he forgot to order one so he said he would get it ordered. I am trying to close on my house and it came up in the inspection. So I called 6 weeks later and it still hasn't been ordered. Now he says he has to come measure it again and will call me back. No call back. I am not impressed at not completing the job hired to do and lack of customer service. read more
