Do not call them for service. AAA has noted their lack of response to them and me. AAA noted the many messages to them. Now they will no longer be AAA approved. Up visiting her best friend that moved recently. They would only accept cash. We had our truck towed today from Glennie, MI to Oscoda, MI. The tow truck came on time but the cost was astronomical!! We were charged $375 for this service. This is way out of line with the average price of towing in the state of Michigan. We learned a valuable lesson, wish we would have read the reviews before choosing this company!! regardless of the matter of the fact, how would you feel if you paid someone $300 to get your car out of impound and they put your car snowbank and blame you for not being able to get it you ask someone to get your car out they say they don't know how but they know how to take your stuff and charge you ridiculous amount of money the dispatch that I spoke to you was the rudest thing ever in this town, I would never recommend anybody to this company regardless of the matter of the fact, I was very kind and also frustrated because why would you put why would you have my front and shoved in a mountain of snow when I just paid for $6000 a front end work when I was frustrated she insinuated that I was rude to her to man and that's why he wasn't helping me get out the snowbank, which was not true. I asked him could he help me and why would they not have shoveled the area where they put my vehicle and he said he doesn't know I said how do I get my out he said he doesn't know. Call the dispatch call the office I did and she got frustrated with me and then she also told me it didn't even snow today which I know it didn't snow today but you didn't shovel the snow from yesterday so instead of trying to comfort me from a mistake on their end, she told me that it didn't snow today and to get in my car and get out her lot or let me like her. I need to get in my car and leave after telling I'm stuck and she watching me on Please look at the footage from today if any managers are reading this and see how I struggled for so long until I had to teach these men how to get my car snowbank after I just gave the man $300. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. They told AAA that the ETA would be 60 minutes and they never showed up. We called AAA back to see what happened and the updated ETA was another hour and a half wait. Again after not showing up, AAA patched us directly to them and we were told there was no driver available because they wanted to watch the fireworks and it might be after those or the morning before they would get to us. I hit a deer in a snow storm. I called AAA. They put my car on the back of the truck and drove it home. They said AAA never gave them the confirmation number so I would have to pay $295 to tow it three blocks home and after I told them I didn't have the money all of a sudden they got the confirmation. Don't trust them they act like they are trying to keep you vehicle by holding it as long as they can to put a lein on your vehicle then take your vehicles title. The manager Alex refuse several times to make arrangements for me to come at 11 am to noon to get my vehicle . I had told him several times I work 3 pm to 1130 pm and need to pick my vehicle up before I went to work but he did not care and hung up on me. read more

VERY, VERY expensive for the same kind of towing as "the other guy". My truck went in the ditch and tipped on its side, NOT roll, but tipped due to the deep mud. 500.00 straight fee for "a rollover", they charged me for 2 days at their yard 80.00 and the truck wasn't even there for 24 hrs. Then 85.00 to bring it to my house. 665.00 for something that "the other guy" would have done for half the price. Will never use him again!! read more
